Omg this was the worse food I ever had, so cold and they even gave me the wrong order adding some tenders inside and the other 12 pieces I order for the hot and spicy looked like it’s was left over and they didn’t even warm it up and it’s looked its was cooked with dirty oil and it’s had some tenders inside as well. They will never have my business again and thank for ruining my KFC experience. I only like 3 min away from the store and it was a pick order

I came in to pick up a doordash order. The girl wearing the headset had a bad attitude, and her demeanor was very unprofessional. I let her know that I was picking up an order, and showed her my phone. She says well I can’t see it, what’s the name. She rolled her eyes, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. When I asked to speak to a manager she lied, and told me that she’s the manager. This is a prime example of poor customer service. If you don’t like your job please work somewhere else.

Really excellent customer service. The women working at this KFC are the most positive and friendly fast food workers that I have ever encountered. Their attitude made what would normally be a boring fast food lunch become a highlight of my day. The new spicy chicken wings were pretty good, too!

Awful service. They often close the lobby early or leave the restaurant all together. I had an incident where I was picking up an order 40 minutes before closing, the lobby was closed so I went through the drive thru. The workers lied to me and told me they were out of chicken and asked me to cancel the order. After I canceled the order, Uber contacted the store and they lied again and said that I did pick up the food. Awful behavior that impacts my job just because they refused to make food 40 minutes prior to closing. It’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to

Chicken was dry…seemed overcooked…difficult to eat. The biscuits were also dry and hard, not the wonderful fluffy ones I am used to at a KFC. There were no butter packets included in our 8 pc family meal. It made for a very disappointing dinner.

I ordered the Honey Bbq Sandwich meal on the way home. When I got home, ate the fries and opened the sandwich, I realized they gave me a plain chicken sandwich and put a little bbq sauce on top. I tried going back to the location but the doors and drive-thru were closed at 9:40pm, even though their closing time is 10pm.

If they didn’t have such good food I would absolutely stop going there. The stuff there are so disorganized. And every single time I go there they get my order wrong. They either Have an item missing that I ordered and paid for it. Or they have two of the same things. The whole restaurant is just a chaotic mess. I’m so glad I didn’t get the job because I would literally lose my mind.

Idk why but the chicken tasted crunchy, like crunchy fat. It ruined my appetite. The service was good, the manager was very personable. She had me park to wait for my order. An employee looked pretty confused brought it out. This location looks pretty rundown and the all the employees (except the manager) aren’t trained. Again, the manager is doing her best with the tools she was given by the owner. She’s clearly overworked and been given a crappy situation that isn’t her fault. I won’t be going to this KFC ever again.

I ordered a meal that had 6 piece chicken tenders and 12 piece nuggets and 4 biscuits. The food I received was in a sealed bag when I picked it up and they assured me the order was correct. After driving all the way home I discovered they did not include the nuggets and there were no biscuits plus the chicken was way too overcooked. I called the store 5 times and they refused to answer the phone. Lousy service and lousy food will not be returning.

Okay I am on lunch hungry, haven’t ate all day, work at WSH, and my food was undercooked and close so I look like somebody ate out of it. This will be the last time I ever eat here again. The employees that work there do not care about what they serve you and how their customer service is. I advise you to go elsewhere if you’re starving.
