I hadn’t visited in a while until a few days ago, and the place has changed quite a bit—especially the service. Veronica greeted me promptly and took my order efficiently. While she wasn’t able to answer all of my questions at first, she apologized and explained that she is still in training. Later, she personally came out to check on my table. My brisket sandwich was smaller than expected, but she kindly offered some steak nuggets on the house. It’s refreshing to experience such genuine and attentive service. I will definitely be returning soon.

Actually dined in for a change. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and took our order immediately. The order was almost correct, only missing the Au Jus for the French dip. We were the only ones in the restaurant and drive thru was dead, so staff was in back and it took a few minutes to get their attention about the missing Au Jus, but they immediately brought us one out.
The big negative…the restaurant was FREEZING, literally like we each had a shirt and sweatshirt on and were still COLD! So cold our food got cold quick, so we ate fast and left to warm up in our car. We asked one of the staff and he said it’s a different temperature e Rey day and he’s not allowed to touch it. Come on Arby’s, DO BETTER!
Tried the Mac n cheese bites, they were fabulous! I love that they have all of the sauces in pumps so you can help yourself!

Each time I go to this particular Arby’s they are always friendly and polite! Their food is ready in a timely manner and it is very delicious.

My family went for supper at this Arby’s in Tomah, WI. on October 18, 2024. What we saw was disgusting for a place that serves food and should be investigated by the local health department.
This Arby’s doesn’t want you to have good hygiene and they discourage you from washing your hands in the bathroom or being clean.
As I was using the urinal an Arby’s manager guy came out the the bathroom stall after he just went number 2 and flushed the toilet. He walked out of the bathroom stall and right out the door without washing his hands, which is gross by it self. Then I seen this manager guy helping to prepare fries, drinks and putting the food on the trays.
Then my wife pointed out the sign on the bathroom door. It says No Personal Hygiene in The Restrooms (Personal Hygiene Includes washing hands and face). Now I know why this manager guy did not wash his hands, this Arby’s doesn’t want you to wash your hands and doesn’t want you using good hygiene in their bathroom.
For a food establishment to post a sign on the bathroom door telling their customers not to be hygiene is just asking for germs, disease, contaminate the food and make the customers ill. I hope that no one that eat there tonight gets really sick. That should be a lawsuit waiting to happen and the health department should be looking into this.
I glad our family already had our food and were already done eating. Won’t be going back to this Arby’s ever again.
Please look at the attached photos, this is not expectable from a food establishment in any way, they seriously need to be investigated.

Other issues we had while eating here that night:
The wait staff talks to much and doesn’t pay attention to the lobby being clean, numerous tables not cleaned off.
While ordering our food, a customer (who must have also been an off duty employee) where fighting about the customer (employee) still being there because his shift was done, the customer (employee) told the other employee he would call management if she kept saying stuff to him like that, not sure what it was all about, but seemed like us as customers did not need to hear their argument.
The bathroom was dirt, with toilet paper all over the floor in the stall, garbage over flowing and need to be taken out, this with the fact that numerous tables not cleaned off, yet employees had time to talk and fight.
Steer clear of this Arby’s!

If you want meat, Arby’s has that. I enjoy a roast beef sandwich once in a while. I ate the sandwich. It’s been 4 hours since I ate the sandwich. In my younger days I enjoyed the roast turkey bacon and ranch with curly fries and a raspberry tea… that was 20 years ago . WOW who knew all these memories would come rushing back to me…

Food tasted fine which surprised me. The counter with condiments and straws was filthy, it wasn’t that busy, it could have been cleaned. Bathroom was nasty. I couldn’t hear the girl behind the counter due to all the buzzers and beeping going off in kitchen for the food being cooked, which would have been fine but she seemed to have an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself and still couldn’t hear her. Next time I’m on a long road trip passing through there, I’ll be sure to stop elsewhere.
