Little Cesar’s pizza is hit or miss. On certain days the pizzas are top notch and on other days I literally want to throw my pizza away the first bite. I don’t know if someone that works there is doing an amazing job on the days there there or if someone isn’t doing there job correctly. So I just stopped going all together. Dominos is the best in my town hands down.

I ordered pizza an hour before my husband was to pick it up. He pulled through the drive through at 5:40 (pick up was 5:45) at which time he was told it was not ready yet and to pull in a parking spot. After waiting for almost an hour (6:30pm), he went inside and was told it was in the pizza portal. No employee notified him when it was ready and no telling how long it had been in there. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Unprofessional and terrible customer service every time I’ve went. Food was cold and crust was not cooked thoroughly as it was super soft and cheese inside stuffed crust was not even melted

This place used to have the best pizzas! Today I went and ordered my usual supreme pizza, and there was literally no cheese on it. I took a back and slid it across. the counter to the the young man and asked him if they had run out of cheese. He opens it up and just stares at it. He shakes his head and says “I can’t do anything about it.” I told him to just give my money back. He said “oh, I can refund you.” I told him that all the pizzas that have ever come out of there before were absolutely great. He says to me that the district manager just told them that they all need cut back on cheese because they’re losing money. So there you go, from the mouth of the district manager…. “Come to Little Caesars for a no cheese pizza!” Hey, Mr district manager… How about you just raise the price a little instead of ruining the pizza and your business? This is the only little caesars you got and they never have pizza ready. You always pull to the side for 20 to 30 minutes.
