The app said it was an estimated 10 to 15 minutes to get my order. I got to the store only to find out part of their kitchen was down and they were nearly an hour behind. Stop taking digital orders or use the estimated wait time to warn people if you’re a fast casual restaurants that’s asking people to wait around an hour. The cherry on top is that they couldn’t even cancel my order and refund me there. I had to spend another 15 minutes navigating through the chat to get a real person so I could get a refund.

My boyfriend and I were there Feb 11 and everything was great, the employees were very sweet and the food was good. However, the manager or owner (some lady with blonde highlight) was extremely rude to her employees. We were being served by a very sweet and cheerful guy, we simply asked how long until some guac came out and he went out of his way to ask someone. She stops him and starts lecturing him infront of a full line of customers and in front of us even. She continued to be rude and it honestly sucked to see the employees being treated that way. They’re your employees treat them with respect.

I ordered honey chicken with guacamole, rice, and veggies with hot sauce and cheese to go. I didn’t even get a full bowl. Literally charging $15 for some nonsense. You guys are so stingy on food it’s unreal. I am attaching a photo. You definitely lost a customer and my family will no longer eat there as well. Management allowing them to do this is terrible. There is always something wrong at this place. Whether it’s a dirty dining area. Bad service. They run out of items multiple times daily. Once waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and never even made it to the window for food I pre ordered. But at this point shame on me for patronizing this establishment. Also, i was promised a refund and return of rewards used during that incident (never received it). Be careful. You’ve been warned.

It’s so sad to know that such a new location is doing so terrible. Today was my first time visiting this location and certainly my last. It started with using their filth restrooms that appear to have not been cleaned in weeks. I then asked for the new garlic steak. I was then told that only drive thru had it and they were not able to serve me from the food set for drive thru. I sat down at a disgusting table. The tea was missing the tea lid. None of the tables were cleaned, the garbage was overflowing. Dead insects were all over the window sills. If they treat their building this way can you imagine how the kitchen is kept??! Management needs to get it to together here!

2/3x I have ordered here my order is wrong. Today clearly the person couldn’t read. I ordered white rice and got brown, I did not order peppers received peppers asked for pinto beans and received black beans. tried to call to see if they could do something and could only talk to a robot. They ended up, forwarding me to the restaurant which no one answered the phone. Never again will go here

I want to be clear that my two-star review is reflective of the customer service at this place and not the food.
I placed an order through the app ahead of time, and arrived at my scheduled time. My food was not ready but there were people in line. After waiting 5 minutes and NOBODY being in line at the front, I approached the cashier and inquired about my order. The cashier advised my order would have to be made in the back since it was an online order. Despite nobody being in line I had to sit back down and wait for my food to be prepared in the back. I just think this business model is a little messed up. Your front of house should be assisting online and drive thru when no one is in line.

This is the worst location ever!!! All the “homemade” drinks in the clear plastic containers were empty, there were no lids for the tops, there was no silverware, hardly any napkins. The place was dirty and disgusting. The staff is rude when you ask them for the things that are supposed to be available to you. They had no steak and hardly any chicken. The staff is on the younger side and seems to not care. At the time we were there it didn’t seem as if there was a manager on site. The food bar where they make your order was so dirty. There was foods from different containers all over the counter. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept in months. This is a fairly new location as well and it looks run down. Unfortunately this is the only one near us I am sure we will not be back anytime soon. Avoid if you can.

All of the employees working the front of the restaurant on 12/17 at 8:35 PM IN TRADITION for their measly pay should try to find better jobs or get a better education so they don’t have to be so angry at their life. The restaurant is a mess couldn’t sit down anywhere to eat. There’s one big guy working the cash register that decided it was a good idea to smudge queso over my bowl and mumble when talking to me like he had the education of a 5 year old. then there’s a skinny white guy with a beard i guess you could call it. and a black guy with “dreads” hanging all the way out all over the place not tied up or anything. put 1 and a half scoops of rice in my bowl and decided to talk to his boyfriend coworker about me and my friends because they were so mad they had to work a 5 hour shift. lmaooo this place is crazy.
