Ordered double meat, got single meat. Confronted staff and no added steak.
At this location, my sip club cup was missing 3 separate times. Each time I order double meat at this location I don’t get double meat.

Love their steel cut oats for breakfast, along with many other options. Lunch options also great. Quiet and rather large seating area, never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. Overall, always a great experience.

It was our first time at a Panera Bread. It was nice and clean. I ordered a French Dip sandwich. It came with a bag of chips, and I ordered a lavender lemonade. Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the tipping at the counter. I always feel awkward tipping like that. I did tip, though

Coffee was not very hot. The server would not pour my coffe into my insulated cup. The girls at my normal panera do that for me all the time cuz it’s hard to pour it in the car. She was nice about it but my sip club notes say to bring your own cup and that saves on waste but they still get the cup of coffe but the pour it in my cup at the window but this location would not do that for me. Luckily I did not spill it.

I love Panera, especially their mac and cheese. I usually get the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup. This location has given me mac and cheese that seemed old or reheated a few times. Usually if I ask them, they give me another one that is made right with no problems. Their mac and cheese is great, but it’s frustrating when I have to ask for it to be remade. Just by looking at it, you can see that it shouldn’t be served.

Ordered 2 pick twos and a tea. We were the only car in the drive thru for a solid 10 minutes and waited at the window a total of 15 minutes, no, I’m not exaggerating, it was actually that long. We began to wonder if someone just took our order then left. Finally the cashier hands us our food. Completely wrong order but thankfully we checked the bag. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got the right food. Realized after pulling off was given no straw for the drink, silverware for the soup or salad, or napkins. Guess I’ll just use my hands lol. I mean what in the world is going on at this place? It’s not busy at all. Does anyone even care a tiny bit….? This location did not used to be this bad.

I think that Panera has become very stingy with food portions. I had the dip sandwich and there was very little dip plus I couldn’t get my sandwich into the cup. It was a little slow getting our order but they did get it right.

One of my favorite breakfast items at Panera is the soufflés. They make for a great morning meal along with a cup of coffee. All the breakfast sandwiches are delicious & pastries as well. Orange scones are exceptionally delicious & a fav for me.

This place is the worst. Just got back from the drive thru where we were the only ones in line and it took 10min for 2 plain bagels and 2 coffees. The lid wasn’t put on one of the coffees properly and it spilled all over me when I tried to pick it up.
