What happen to Arby’s the service used to be good and fast and the food was good. It has been a while since I had been here and today I had to wait for 10- 15 minutes to get my roast beef slider. They did apologize for the wait but when I received my sandwich it looked like it went through a war. The bread was being torn apart and it was very difficult to find a clean table. The tables were dirty, chairs were dirty and the floor was dirty. Not a very good experience. Hopefully they will become good again. The food was hot though which was good.

Going downhill, past few times we’ve gone they’ve gotten our order wrong. Today most of it was wrong. Huge deal? Nah but mildly annoying enough to just eat elsewhere.

I love most if the food items. The freshmarket sandwiches are amazing. Arby’s has one if the best fish sandwiches out of the fast food industry. Maybe be expensive but great quality of food products.

Well I previously bought the 5 piece steak nuggets were pretty good so went back today and got them very disappointed couldn’t even chew them gross on top of that my fries must of been under the light forever cold and also gross was around 330 pm no line drive thru

Honestly very surprised. Haven’t even been to an Arby’s in years and this one blew away my expectations. I would recommend it over most other fast food locations in the Shenango Valley. Plus it’s right on point for price. Service was excellent.

I have already reached out on the day my wife and I had our issue and was offered the “free sandwich” which we declined. I left a detailed response and it was supposed to be sent off to the store. Unfortunately the work force in this area is lacking as I stated in that response and is why you typically can just drive 20 min in any direction from Hermitage PA and get much better service. It is a sad reality in my experience. We travel to New Castle often to avoid it.

The food tastes good going down, not so good coming up… This was my first time eating Arby’s and most likely my last! I ate around 1pm and got home after running errands at about 5:30pm. That is when my head began hurting and my stomach started hurting. I got food poisoning. I began violently throwing up for the whole house to hear for hours. I will never be eating here again!!!!

My experience was less than just ok. The kid taking my order talked too fast to understand and failed to express any gratitude for my patronage. The lady who processed my payment and handed me my food was cold faced, no smile, and again lacked any appreciation for my patronage. I feel that a robot would have friendlier to take my $twenty dollars $20.
It has been YEARS since I was at this Arby’s. So just for a change I decided to risk it. I didn’t feel very appreciated and therefore have very little desire to go back. The food was just ok as my expectations for fast food is low already and it never looks like the picture.

DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE: Typically good service! -Edit- I’ve changed my review and upped my star rating because they really picked up on the cleanliness inside the restaurant recently. The bathrooms especially were very clean today during my visit.
