This location is starting to look really run down, and I feel like the manager doesn’t really care. I need to do what it takes to invest some money into sprucing it up. I’d also recommend marketing into the local community for whom this is the closest food available. Such as coupons to people in the neighborhood, any sort of advertising, but importantly they need to make this place look like someone actually maintains it.

Good food but service takes forever… barely any cars and I was waiting for over 10 minutes just to order. I ended up making a mobile order and only 5 minutes later did someone ask for my order. Terrible service and this isn’t even the first time this happened

I have been coming to the sonic since it opened many many years ago. Never had an issue but tonight everything was terrible. The ice creams were very sour. At first, I thought maybe they switched to frozen yogurt, but after a couple bites, I realized it was just sour bad ice cream. We had to throw away two sonic blasts and those are not cheap. And then we were going to eat the fries, but the sauce looked old and separated. We figured the fries were probably old as well at that point and just threw everything away.

The only reason I’m giving this three stars is because there was a fly in my drink, please check the food before serving thank you. The workers were very nice, and very sweet people though. Please don’t let this happen to another person, it was gross.

The food is mediocre the portions are extremely small they have the nerve to ask for a tip with the order before you even eat the food. They are extremely great customer service most times.
They charge my capital one credit card while I was at work a charge that I did not authorize
Update: still trash food. The tater tots is a very small rip off portion. The sauces or non existence very hard hurt my teeth

Nasty attitude from Hamilton Cruz, with this type of attitude not only is he not going to get anywhere but is business for sonic will seriously go down.
Sonic in particular this location needs to check their employees and make sure they get the training they need to be able to perform this with a much better attitude and service.
I asked for a size up on my drinks I understand that is going to take a minute but there was no need for the employee to come out with a disrespectful attitude in front of my children and I was offering tip for the kid he decided to just walk away and leave.
I can tell is just child attitude and not professional so never coming back to this establishment after coming here for years never being disrespected before and not going to give them the chance again.

One of the best Sonic I have come to. There are very welcoming. I came at 7:30pm and ordered a 3 smasher meals. Even though it was busy the food came out pretty fast considering it was only one person working. I looked at the stall screen and saw “Toño is on the way” he was super sweet and helpful I asked for extra ketchup and without a thought he went back and got it for me. He even recommended a new slushy which was the watermelon and gave it to me for free to try it. The food was fresh and tasted amazing can’t say the same for other sonic locations definitely will be coming here again!!!!
