The meal was mediocre at best. When you walk to the door there are hand written signs stating that salads will not be served nor pizzas or calzones. The waitress had informed us that the salad would not come with the meal you order. Although it is written on the menu to receive a salad with entree. You would have to pay separately for that. The chicken parm is of the frozen variety with the frozen taste to boot. This is the cheese bread! A hoagie bun cut up and a couple strands of cheese on it. The sauce that is on your spaghetti, well it’s probably out of a can or jar as well. The service was very slow and when told the bread was not good at all it remained on the table until the meal was over. I feel that this restaurant has given up on trying to make a real Italian meal anymore! Sad very sad!

My family and I have been eating here since the place opened. The food has always been really good, so we came several times a month for YEARS. Last Sunday, we all went and my brother found a hair in his sauce. He called the manager over & the manager repeated several times that his cook was bald; insinuating that my brother was lying. We had no reason to lie and have the food sent back and remade while the rest of us ate. Then the bill came and each family split it up amongst our immediate family—they charged my 6 year old niece for an adult spaghetti. We had commented when it came that it wasn’t a child size portion, but the waiter didn’t seem to care. We definitely weren’t trying to get my brother or my niece’s meal comped, and they weren’t, but my brother asked to speak to the manager about being served and charged for an adult plate. The manager refused to come speak with my brother, and then told the waiter that he could change the adult price to a child price, but it’d be coming out of his pay. !!! So even though the food is great, you lost an entire extended family AND our friends’ business. What kind of manager do you have? No thanks

I ordered takeout but sat at the bar to wait for my dinner. It was a bit warm and stuffy inside so I don’t know if the ac was off or not working. The stuffed mushroom was sooo good and the lobster ravioli was good. I will most definitely recommend the stuffed mushroom. The place was pretty much empty minus the few of us sitting at the bar.

We have been coming to eat at Venezia for as long as it’s been open. Always enjoy the meal. I try to get something different each time and I have never been disappointed. The fried calamari is always very good.

This place was close to 5 stars for us. Food was great but service was a little slow (maybe understaffed). If you get a pizza they don’t give you complementary bread (why?!) and the garlic bread was disappointing for $5.99. Not worth it! The chicken piccata was great!

Had the worst dining experience. First ordered the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer, which costs $1 more than just the regular garlic bread. It was a joke! There was no garlic or butter on the bread, not even SALT, and there was just the slightest SPRINKLE of cheese on top. You could literally see the 5 little squiggles of cheese. It was dry bread with I think some garlic powder on it (the kind you buy in a plastic bottle on the seasoning aisle at the grocery store) and then just a few shreds of cheese. I chose not to say anything because I just didn’t want the drama. Then I ordered the Rustica salad because it said it came with ROASTED onions and red peppers, which sounded really good. Instead, the waiter brought me what looked like an expired bagged salad of iceberg lettuce (it was browning in the edges) with onions that were dried out, cold, and definitely not roasted. Looked like they had been cut DAYS ago and left to wilt and dry out in the fridge and the red peppers were also unroasted with a layer of slime on them. I didn’t even attempt to eat the salad and just asked the waiter to please remove it from the ticket after pointing out to him what was wrong. I held out hope for the 2 medium pizzas we ordered but they also came out completely different than what the menu described. We ordered the Venezia White pizza which says it comes with ROASTED GARLIC on top – it had absolutely none. It didn’t even have cheap minced garlic. No garlic at all. It was literally just a basic cheese pizza with zero sauce and it was extremely greasy. Then we had also ordered the Magherita pizza which says it comes with the typical FRESH BASIL and MOZZARELLA slices on top and it had neither. All it had on top were undercooked and under-ripe slices of tomatoes that still had the cores on them and then a dash of what I assume is dried basil sprinkles, like the kind you buy in a plastic bottle at the supermarket, not the fresh basil leaves that come on ANY Magherita pizza that I’ve ever ordered. Totally bland – the tomato sauce beneath layer of cheese tasted like it came from a can and had zero seasoning to it. I took a bite of each pizza and that was it. My daughter had a slice of each. I explained to the waiter once again that the pizzas were completely different than what is clearly described on the menu. He said he told the cook/chef…but no one came to talk to us and no one apologized. The ticket remained unchanged. The owner/manager didn’t even say goodbye or acknowledge us as we passed him on our way out. Worst dining experience ever. I paid for our food and we left. I won’t ever be returning unfortunately. Went home starving because literally all I had was my Diet Pepsi, a small slice of the “garlic bread”, a free roll, and a literal bite of each of the pizzas.
They REALLY need to update their menu descriptions if they aren’t willing to serve what they describe in them, otherwise they are setting people up for confusion and disappointment. The salad needs to at the very least be fresh and not look expired! And they should just remove the garlic bread from the menu if they aren’t going to teach their staff how to make the most BASIC of foods and still charge people $6 for it. I can’t believe they call themselves an Italian restaurant. They should be ashamed.

Servers were as servers should be, professional and respectful. atmosphere is decent enough.
had the alfredo fettuccine. The sauce was bland, tasted more like a milk sauce than cheese. No salt or pepper, and the noodles were a bit undercooked. Very disappointed.

Great quality food, good prices, excellent atmosphere, and friendly service. I ordered a classic Italian pizza and it’s some of the best pizza I’ve had in OKC. The house Cabernet was also very good. Definitely will visit again, and recommend 10/10

I got the chicken Medina pasta that comes with a small tossed salad that tasted like it could’ve been made from home. Good portion sized pasta, $8 up charge for 5 pieces of shrimp. Very bland, kind of disappointed and wish I would’ve just went to Johnny Carinos. Staff very friendly, could be more attentive. 2 stars.

My son took me here today for my birthday. It was our first time. I had a wonderful time! The staff was great and the food was awesome. I had the lobster ravioli! I lived in Italy for a while so I always enjoy finding a place that has superb tiramisu!!!
