Absolute joke. This is what you get for $4 bucks per pastry. Those are two different Apple croissants. And the cheese danish will be raw underneath. I don’t know how people keep supporting this garbage. The coffee isn’t even that good.

I came here to drink a cup of coffee and work remotely for half a day. Good service, and the coffee was good, too. However, none of the power outlets were working. So, I was working with anxiety until I got somewhere to charge my laptop. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Ordered a tomato mozzarella basil sandwich. Flavor was good, but quality wasn’t great. Mostly bread and doesn’t resemble the picture on the menu very well. For almost 7 dollars its a pretty sad sandwich. The mocha I got was good though and the staff were very polite.

Stop by this place after stopping by a Starbucks that claim it was still open but it was closed. Order pumpkin spice latte and it was yummy. Recommend if you love pumpkin spice. Customer serivce was not good. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice latte but the guy charge me for 1. When i told them I ordered 2 the batista looked confused. I had to get in line to order the 2nd drink. I was with another person. And they skimp me on the whip.

I love this starbucks. Staff is super cool and coffee is great as ususal. I come here every day almost and I think its the one of the best starbuckses in the area. Absolutely love it! Nice place and good costumer service. The two stars are for the conditions of the restroom. They were both filthy. I understand when it gets busy there is no time for clean. However, I went at 2:30 pm and it was not busy at all. I was the only costumer inside. Also, the restroom to the right side had some green crates inside which I believe this crates are where they received the pastries. Very unsanitary conditions.

One of the best Starbucks’s design wise. Very nice tables. This Starbucks is pretty small but the way they designed it makes it very efficient. Plenty of space for 10-15 people to use laptops. Nice polite staff. Good coffee. 2 restrooms. I like this location, its by the 24 fitness gym, so I come her a lot before or after I work out. It is open till 9pm – which is good. Not too meany Starbucks’s in the area are open that late. Thank you guys! Good atmosphere, clean, nice!

I called around, trying to find a Starbucks to make sure they had electrical outlets to charge my phone.
I called this Starbucks and they said they had a couple outlets. I got there. I couldn’t find any they had covered all of them so that’s at least four Starbucks in Rohnert Park California. This one doesn’t have electrical outlets available to their customers.
I ask one of the helpers he was going to try to find an outlet for me and the manager said we don’t have any outlets here and you need to go down to a restaurant next-door and see if they have an outlet .
Why is it that: she says some people come and plug-in and go to sleep .
And I said well, I spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks from the East Bay to the North Bay and I’m not gonna fall asleep. I just need a place while I’m drinking my iced coffee to charge my phone.
She said well this is corporate idea. Well, we need to send a message up chain to corporate. This is a bad idea for your customer who spend a lot of money to have maybe have people meet them there or have meetings or other things where you may need an outlet to charge your phone or your computer.
Please respond to this. I think we need to send a message to corporate. They’ve got the wrong idea of customer service.
Regular people loyal customers are denied the service of simply charging your phone or plugging in your computer because of a couple people falling asleep with their computer charging.
It’s easy to spend $10-$20 a day at Starbucks that’s 500+ dollars a month that’s 6000 a year just add it up .
And the simple service to charge your phone when needed while you’re buying drinks and refills or other drinks .
Please add your thoughts to this: because I’m gonna going to go up the chain and complain to corporate about their policy, which will push me to go to Pete’s instead of Starbucks .
