To be quite honest the one star I gave was too many one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Went to try the new chicken bacon ranch fries mind you they were 6:50 you got 10 fries they were all over my bag when I got home because the lid was not on them I do not recommend this restaurant it honestly look like they were just trying to bag it up and get people out of the store because none of my other food was wrapped properly either

The staff was helpful and yes they have a kiosk. But they offered to take our order at the register.
The food was warm and tasty.

The two closers at night, Ashley & Mel were great. And I came through the drive through 5 minutes before close. Offered to drive across to the other taco bell and Mel (on headset) insisted that it was absolutely no big deal to let her know what i wanted to eat. They even made fresh potatoes for me when they didnt have to and im sure we’re ready to go home! Ill be back by for certain ps mel said she didnt need mentioned however I disagree she was a very sweet lady 🙂

The guy in front of us waited an hour. We waited a half an hour in the lobby after placing our order on the kiosk. NOBODY came to greet or talk to any of us. Nobody started our order.. nothing. The gentlemen that was before us, and us both selected to pay cash after using the kiosk. Since nobody acknowledged us, and finished our transaction, the orders didn’t come through. Finally someone came to stock something up front and we confronted them. Crazy. Everyone there was old enough to know better too. 0/10. Customer service is dead.

This is hands down one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Horrible service. Have been there on multiple occasions. Not completely filling the order several times. Receiving quesadillas will not completely cooked chicken. Wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anybody

I work nearby and normally get my food from here. Typically coming in at least 3 times a week, and that’s being generous. I had no issues eating here until 1-2 months ago. The first issue I had was that I ate and spit out a plastic scrap that seemed to come from some sort baggie. The next issue was I ordered a crunch wrap with no tomatoes, and I wish the issue was that it had tomatoes on it when I got it. When I pulled the crunch wrap out of the paper bag both sides of the paper wrapper the crunch wrap comes in were soggy with grease. I had to unpeel the crunch wrap from both sides of the wrapper before I was able to remove it. I took a photo of it and will attach it to this review. My last and most recent issue was I ordered two orders of the new dipper burritos. But when I unwrapped them they were more like squished amalgamation of what they were supposed to be. Almost as if they had been crushed or intentionally malformed. As unfortunate as it is I believe I’ll have to get my taco bell from another location for a while until the issue is rectified. As there is no other Taco Bell near my work that I’m aware of I’ll have to settle for other fast food locations during work hours unfortunately. I hope that one day I can return to this Taco bell.

Managers attitude sucked was rude shoved our food out of the window and when we said thank you at speaker and window no acknowledgement was given window was slambed shut. apparently the manager and the gm were working when calling to complain about rude service spoke to gm and when I was trying to explain how my overall experiences were and how I dislike dealing with them she rudely said then go deal with someone else and hung up. Food had either no cheese or very little cheese on all 12 tacos we received. Someone needs to do something about this location because apparently the gms attitude sucks just as much as the managers attitude it’s ridiculous
