Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. Delivery is fast and fresh. We’re the ROSATI family and we, just like our Pizza, KEEP IT REAL!

Reviews
What concerned me most was the burnt parchment paper underneath the pizza—it was crumbling apart, sticking to the pizza, and seemed like it had been baked with it. This is completely unacceptable, and I ended up throwing away the rest of the pizza.
Finally, seeing five star reviews from accounts with only one review makes me question their credibility.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

1. I requested well-baked. That did NOT happen.
2. I requested pie-cut. That did NOT happen.
To the staff person’s credit, he admitted someone did not review the “Special Instructions” whatsoever. He did offer to make a new pizza, but I dislike wasting food. When I asked how can I ensure my “Special Instructions,” which is a customer-input field on their website, are carried out, he responded “Call him to make sure.” To me, that means their training and/or system is insufficient if a phone call on top of an online order submission is required.
Last, neither of the 3 staff members whom I saw in the back wore hair nets. Are hair nets not required in food service industry in the kitchen area?
And a great customer service …
