Definitely a great brunch place. Food was excellent. We ordered Avocado Burrata, Churro Mex Waffle, Western Omelette, Mexican hot chocolate latte, cappucino. Must try the churro waffle, was not too sweet. We tried it with dulce de leche instead of cream cheese filling.
Service was on point. Will be returning to try other items on the menu.
Did an extremely late brunch/lunch at 2:15pm on a rainy Saturday. Was seated in 5 minutes.

I’ve been coming to Maria’s Brunch in Metuchen for about three years now, and it never disappoints. The cozy ambience makes it such a welcoming place, and the service is always excellent—friendly, attentive, and consistent every single visit.
Today, I discovered what might be my new favorite item on the menu: theavocroissant toast. Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every single bite.
The freshness of the pesto aioli paired with the creamy burrata was perfection. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.

Food came out at a reasonable time. Friendly staff. I got the chicken fajita omelet. It vibes with waffle fries abs guacamole. I enjoyed my meal
The place is tight and the wait can be long on the weekend. The parking is also not huge so you may need to figure some logistics out.

I’ve plastic this place for years and finally had a chance to stop in for a breakfast. Food was average, taste was middle of the road. Salty. I was left feeling very thirsty. Service was OK. Functional but not friendly.

Our waitress Angela was fabulous! Maria’s Brunch is small but very cute inside. Bathroom is very clean and nice. The food was delicious! We had the healthy French toast and the Tex-fast bowl. When I say the bowl was flavorful and a nice combination of food. You get a lot of chorizo topped with avocado slices. On the side you get chips with guacamole which gives you some crunch. What a treat! Overall, this little gem is worth the stop. It appears to stay crowded so prepare to have a short wait. It’s worth it! Enjoy!

Excellent breakfast and lunch place for family, friends, couples and even if you want to dine alone. Reservations are highly recommended but totally worth the wait if you have the time and your not in a rush. The place is a tight squeeze just like the parking lot, but I promise, you won’t be disappointed. There are a few extra tables for outside dining. If your a food junkie like myself and the whole family, you might need to take some time searching through the detailed menu. Lots of delicious options. We were actually a family group of 18 for Father’s Day and the staff knew how to fit us in comfortably. All the dishes we ordered were a hit with both the adults and kids. Maria’s had an incredible Father’s day special menu. Maria’s staff is unmatched, Our main server was “Karen”❤️ who was so sweet and down to earth. She was extremely attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond as well as her hard working busser who cleaned our tables efficiently and bought out our to go boxes when needed. Most of us cleaned our plates.
This was more then just a meal, it was a fantastic experience and it totally made my Father’s Day one to remember. I made sure to also acknowledge the front of the house and let them know they have a great hard working staff and they should be so proud. The atmosphere in Maria’s is so warm and inviting it feels like home. As you can see, I can not say enough about this place. We can’t wait to tell friends and extended family about Maria’s. I loved this place. It was my go to spot over the summer so I decided to visit today. The last time I was there I paid $20 for my regular meal here with tip. Today it was closer to $30. I was charged almost $7 dollars for fruit. I understand prices have gone up due to inflation but I just found this absurd. I will not be returning.
