Placed our order and were told to drive around and wait on other side even though nobody was behind us. Sat for over 10 mins for a biggie bag, tendys, and kids meal. All of the fries are way over cooked and no salt, they snap in half like a pencil they are so hard. The chicken nuggets and strips were dry and cold.
Why it took over 10 minutes to receive old and over cooked food (with no apology for the long wait) its beyond me.
What a shame.
Didn’t even give us a receipt to call in an official complaint.

Update 2025:
For some reason this location in particular is having a hard time taking orders in a timely manner. Anytime I come here even in the morning I have to pull around to the side of the building and wait for my food. Today I ordered a simple egg and cheese biscuit at approximately 8:15 in the morning. Not sure why it takes that long for something so easy. The last time I came here I had to get a refund because I was already at the window waiting for a solid 10 minutes. I guess they were in the process of swapping from breakfast to lunch but I wasn’t aware of that so I ordered a grilled chicken wrap but I was also in a hurry to get somewhere so I had to get a refund. Today I was asked to pull around but after five minutes I went back around the line and ended up at the window to get my food. Also, they did not provide napkins. Above all, do not come here unless you have 10 to 15 minutes of time to spare for a simple singular item off the menu.

Ordered a 50 piece nugget and 2 small fries. Only received the nuggets but paid for the fries. Didn’t notice till i got all the way home. Wasn’t about to waste gas driving back.

The nuggets themselves tasted like they were fried in old oil, and way overcooked. Really unappetizing.

Don’t go here if you expect to get what you paid for. I placed a pick-up order through the official Wendy’s app, and one of the items I purchased was a 3 piece tender for $6.49 along with a couple of 10 count nuggets. When I opened the bag, I noticed I had been given only one 10 piece, and a 6 piece, with no tenders. When I walked up, they had apparently left out one of my 10 pieces, and the included 6 piece was the intended replacement since they were out of tenders.

But when I got to my car, I checked menu prices. A 6 piece nugget is $2.99. I paid for a $6.49 tender. Even a TEN count nugget is $4.89. Nowhere NEAR comparable for the item I paid for that they were out of. When I tried to call customer support, they were closed. When I called the restaurant, they still just directed me to call customer service. When I asked why they didn’t just remove the tenders all together and not charge me, the worker told me they don’t have the ability to remove items. Whether you believe that or not is up to you, but as it stands right now, this restaurant owes me money and is refusing to make it right. They hoped I would just move along while they overcharged me without even informing me. Had I not checked the bag, I never would have known the tenders was out, and assumed they just made a mistake. But they knowingly overcharged me. Avoid this location.

Just left Wendy’s and I wanna give a shout out to Ms. Erinn! She was so nice and kind. I forgot to order my burger plain and dry. She had another one made for me with no problem! Great customer service overall!

The empty parking lot was the first red flag. The second? ❌ Every self-checkout was broken. And the third? The menu board—with prices so high we turned right around and left. Nearly $4 for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger?! That used to be a dollar!

As my wife and I glanced at the prices, we knew it was too rich for our blood. She even said it out loud, and to our surprise, the employee standing in front of us and pictured nodded and said, “Yeah, our food is super expensive.” If the workers themselves are admitting it, that tells you everything you need to know.

So, off to Whataburger we went ➡️, where the burgers are bigger, the prices are better, and the experience doesn’t feel like a corporate cash grab.

And while we’re at it, let’s talk about how fast-food buildings have lost all character. Once upon a time, McDonald’s had its golden arches, unique universal building design and PlayPlaces that literally had characters in them not just unique character, and Wendy’s had its cozy, homey feel with warm brick exteriors and sunrooms. I always loved Wendy’s Sunrooms. Now? They all look like the same bland, soulless corporate box—gray, rectangular, and about as inviting as the DMV. Whataburger, though? It still stands tall with its classic A-frame, bright orange accents, and unmistakable identity. It’s the last of a dying breed—fast food with personality.

All I can say is the only thing that was pleasant was my root beer soda. Everything and I mean everything was old, dried out and absolutely nasty. I wanted to dip my burger into my root beer. It’s sad that you don’t want to get your food replaced because you’re afraid that some idiot would do something disgusting to the the food Ive paid for to be at least edible. I didn’t return it and there no dressing the sandy sandwich and desert fries. But if you live in Princeton, TX. DO NOT EAT HERE! IT IS HORRIBLE.

I came in with the intent to buy an entire box of Boo coupon book for my organization. I spoke with the manager (young white guy with long beard). Before I could tell him why I was there, he was very rude to me. It was bad enough that I took my money elsewhere. There was also a girl there with blk/white braids that was not customer service friendly. This Wendy’s really needs to do better.

Both of these sandwiches were ordered to be bacon double stacked burgers with no lettuce, no onions, added tomatoes, no mustard, and added ketchup.
Typically, one expects buns with their hamburger… Never saw any buns. No buns anywhere in or around the bag….
It smelled like feet and thinned out square patties that look like they’ve been slammed on the floor in anger, behind the counter, hand-grabbed off the floor and “Oh, y’all put the bread away? Bet…” *grabs lettuce leaves instead*
Disgusting… what did they read on the online order?
Definitely NOT this…
We took the food in the bag in confidence and trust that these employees were hired in good judgment. We will never trust this Wendy’s location again.
-No one should have to deal with trying to correct an order in a system that is created for the customer.
-How and why would multiple people (in the same facility) be okay with this?

I could say much more concerning horribly incorrect orders from this same facility, but the time spent to communicate a glimps of what we’ve dealt with here is done.

This Wendy’s is bad, yet for some reason i keep coming back. it feels like corporate is completely unaware of this location as there seems to be no management whatsoever. It is ALWAYS dirty, the digital menu has been broken for years, they consistently get your order wrong and this is the only Wendy’s I’ve been to where the ice cream machine is always broken.

This places need new management! The first time I bought from here the manager told me that yes my fries were in the bag. So I drove off and I stop because my fries weren’t in the bag! So I got off and wasted 5 more minutes after he said I did put the fries in your bag so he said let me see because he didn’t believe me. Bare in mind my kids were in my car still waiting. I just can’t believe he looked at me and didn’t believe when I said you didn’t give me my fries. He finally realized he didn’t and decided to go make some. Now let’s get to the 2 time which was today. The people were moving super slow. I order a number 7 and double check before I payed and the lady told me yes you purchase a bacon burger. Which the lady was in a bad mood. But at this point I just wanted my food. When I got home noooooo bacon! I’m like what in the world again they forget my order. At this point I’m done with Wendy’s here in my area. I hate saying it but they are horrible at their job. Maybe you need some one who knows how to hire the right people. I mean the prices went up on our food we should be able to get decent customer service.
