I think this may have only been my second time eating at a Firehouse Subs but it was great. The decor was really cool all firehouse themed and even had gear laying around. The service was good, and the subs were even better! I recommend the New York Steamer.

I am a little picky and complicated when it comes to my deli sandwiches, but Jordan and Brody (Me & Him) did not disappoint. My food was made hot fresh and not one olive was out of place. If you’re looking for a quick sandwich on your lunch break, served with a smile and some friendly jokes. This is the place.

Staff needs to make it perfectly clear with the customer when they arrive what foods are available in store compared to what the app advertises. We ordered milk and a half brownie as part of the kids meal. We instead got water which I asked for because they didn’t have milk, and we weren’t given the brownie. Foul. It’s fine this time, but the corrective action for next time: Communicatethe options you do have.
Also, the accuracy of my wife’s Italian sandwich was incorrect. They put mustard on the sandwich when it was specifically requested on the app to not put mustard. Foul again. Corrective action is obvious for this.
We love Firehouse and love this location, but accuracy and communicating need to be cleaned up. It was about 110pm, and it wasn’t busy. No excuses.

Doggone this food was better than expected. I’ve tried most places in town that offer an Italian sub… this one was one of the best. I also enjoy their selection of 40+ hot and savory sauces that they have evaluated on a 1-10 hot scale. Additionally, I like the three options for size of sandwiches.
Occasionally the service is a touch slow, so if you need freaky fast, select your establishment accordingly.
The gal who took our order this day was an absolute delight. Truly best-in-class, which was also unexpected.
Lastly, they have a “future firefighters” eat free on Monday’s promotion, which is good on the family budget. We’ll be back again soon.
PS – only note to management, if you have any choice, please go back to the old Coca-Cola machines… many establishments have gone away from the 1,000,000 selections & additives (lemon, vanilla, etc) both for speed and flavor.

Tim was great, he took our order and was cleaning the dining room… all the other workers were talking way too loud and a few of the guys were arguing so bad that one of the ladies had to tell them to stop… bathrooms needed cleaning also…

Such a great experience- food is hot with fresh ingredients and loaded with toppings/meat.
Lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are juicy, onions are potent and meat is melt in the mouth moist. Fountain machine has a ton of options including fanta, barqs and dr. pepper.
Cookies are bomb (recommend the sugar cookie). The employees are super friendly too!

A child was working here last time I went. Took the order and made the sandwich, while the two adults who were there watched tv. Sandwich was soggy and disgusting. Quality has taken a nose dive.

I live over 2hrs away and when I come to Omaha, Ne this is THE only Firehouse I will go to because the staff has always been super nice, food fresh as well as store has clean even when it is super busy! Best service hands down!

Stopped by tonight for a meatball submarine sandwich. It was, ohhh, so tasty. Kim had our sandwiches ready by the time we paid for them. We also bought my wife’s brother with us. We’ll need to go back to Firehouse before he returns home.

Today, it was a delicious tuna sandwich. I’ve taken to the tuna sandwich, but I still get the meatball sandwich to switch things up. The crew is ways good to us, and we appreciate them.

Still love this place. We go there a couple of times a week. Their rewards program is very good. Monday is double points day, and this Monday was triple points day for Valentines Day.

This shop has been particularly good to us ever since we started going there. They always come around while we are eating to make sure everything is OK. Today, one of my meatballs meet an untimely death and ditched to the floor. When the staff member came around, I mentioned in passing that one of my meatballs had flown the coop. They gave me another two meatballs. Now I call that going above and beyond, and I didn’t expect them to respond the way they did. Thanks, guys.
PLUS one STAR. It is unusual for me to give a fast food place anything better than 4 stars, I mean, come on, it is a fast food place, but these guys Rock Big Time. Thanks again.

Really good food. I had the meatball sub, and it was delicious. They also give vets a free drink. The place is clean, the service was efficient and the people were friendly. I’m thinking I’ll be back. For me it is conveniently located and there is plenty of parking. Five stars

My daughter has celiac disease and had not eaten a sub sandwich at a restaurant in 2 years. The staff team was knowledgeable, gave her individual condiment packets and changed gloves. They were friendly and fast. The Schar gluten free bread was fresh and she loved the flavor of the sandwich. She did not get sick after so we know they did it right. Thank you for providing a good gluten free eating out experience!
