I had gotten a tequila lime chicken burrito and it was some of the worst chicken I have ever had. Every bite of it was extremely dry and tough, making it a chore to chew and regret the double portion I had gotten. The chips were quite plain and barely salted (as usual), which I hoped to solve with some queso, but it was also pretty plain, not particularly cheesy, and liquid thin, with just a bit of spice. The service was fine, but the food was awful.

Went to Moe’s location at 1241 Quintilio Dr, Bear, DE 19701 to use a T-Mobile promo for buy one drink (excluding kid’s drinks) and get an entree free.
However after completing the order, the associate (potentially manager or owner based on clothing) said it was for “corporate locations only” this is very odd, as the bonus said it was only provided to me as it was a local offer, additionally to skirt the promotion they rang the drink up as a kids drink (even though they handed me a regular cup) and only allowed kids drinks to be ordered in mobile orders to prevent qualifying.
While I believe the location was in the wrong for shady business practices, I politely apologized for the mistake and and that I did not want the order, he said the best he could do is half off, which while I appreciated the offer, that was still double the price of the promo ($3 with promo $7 half off) and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (even without eating).

Forget this place, they won’t honor coupons. Seriously it’s the only reason to even go here, there are so many other better Mexican spots around like riveria taco 2, Plaza Azteca, or Chipotle across the street. I won’t ever set foot in another Moe’s.

T-Mobile Tuesdays has a promo today only for a free entree with purchase of a drink. This location is specifically removing medium and large drinks for sale from their app and not selling them in store to avoid promo redemptions.

My first time trying Moe’s (Bear location) was last Thursday. I got an adobo chicken bowl to go. When I got home and started consuming my bowl I bit into a raw piece of chicken. I separated all the chicken from the bowl to discover it was significantly undercooked. The flesh was raw and very pink.
I sent an email to management about this situation and they were slow to respond. While they were very apologetic and gave me my money back, I do not intend on coming back. This incident really turned me off and has me concerned regarding food safety at that restaurant.
I urge the store to ensure their food is properly cooked before selling it to customers. Moe’s Southwest Grill is food poisoning waiting to happen. Watch out and be safe y’all!

Delicious food but I wonder what goes through their mind when filling an order. We order 2 cups (not sides) of queso and only received one thing of chips to go with it. We had more cheese than chips.
Update: I made the mistake of given them a second chance. I’ve attached a picture of the total amount of chips I received with a cup of queso. Well this was a rip off. Just tell a customer you’re out of something and give them a refund.

Now lemme just say, the staff members I’ve seen are extremely nice. But that’s not why I’m leaving this review this review is about the food and the managers. First off, it’s 15 dollars for a burrito and they tax you on the app as well. Living in Delaware that don’t make no sense at all but whatever, its usually not a lot. The quality of the food tho is abysmal. The he food it always usually cold, and never tastes good. I started going around 2021 and since then, it’s just gone downhill. But my real reason for this review is the management. I called a week ago because I had an issue with an order where I ordered 2 of the same burritos. I picked it up and drove about an hour home. I picked up at 7:45 and they closed at 8. I got home around 8:30 – 8:45 and checked my food. I only had 1 burrito and it wasn’t what I ordered so I assume they just put my name on the wrong order. No biggie. I called the next morning and immediately was given an attitude by the “manager”. He asked if I called last night to which I explained how far I live. He copped an even bigger attitude saying they were there until 9:30 last night as if it would have done anything. He took my information and said I’d get an email from the GM. Never got an email so I contacted support. Mind you I just wanted a refund. They told me it was up to the store’s discretion and they pass the message onto him. He finally sends me an email 2 days later offering a free burrtio in my app for 7 days. I dont wanna go back so I said I dont want that, just a refund. He then ignored me again so I called support and they got him to contact me again. He then doesn’t listen to anyone and extends the coupon for 30 days. These people who run this store are extremely disrespectful for no reason and I am never returning to this store.
