The place is small and it has drive thru. They have a kiosk but not all kind of donut in the shelves are there. The worker then give us which one we want since the price are the same

Customer service personified! I did mobile ordering like I often do. When I showed up to get my order, I saw the iced coffee and dismissed it as my order. Oops. Probably still upset about Flying J kicking me out of their parking lot as an OTR driver. Anyways, I saw my mistake and the employees said no problem, we’ll remake it for you. So I ordered an ice coffee but wanted a hot coffee. They absorbed the loss of product and provided me what I meant to order. Thank you, Dunkin. For correcting my mistake so graciously, quickly and easily.

Absolutely the best donuts ever my favorite is the Bavarian crepe donut and when I came in this I saw they have chocolate creamer and vanilla creme donuts as well as jelly filled donut holes. The donuts are so soft it’s like a piece of heaven in your mouth and I have come to this location at different times of the day the afternoon and very early mornings and no matter the time of day you will absolutely not find a softer fresher donut anywhere else and then I come in today and see the other creme filled donuts as well! I can’t wait to get home and try these donuts absolutely not gonna find a fresher softer donut anywhere else they should get 10 stars not 5. You gotta try their donuts absolutely amazing!!

01/05/2023 – I was in the area so I had to stop to find out what the big deal was. First time ever visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered via the in-store kiosks. I got their signature latte (cocoa mocha flavor), a 5 piece assortment of their munchkins, and a dozen assorted to bring home. The latte was a bit too sweet for my taste. The munchkin flavors were jelly- filled, powdered sugar, glazed, chocolate, and blueberry. These were nice bites that satisfied my donut craving. I have simple tastes, so my favorite was the glazed, closely followed by the blueberry. Out of the assorted, I really like the sour cream donut and the French cruller.
My server was friendly and helpful. I mentioned that it was my first time visiting, so she was very free in giving suggestions for what to try. I also noticed that the restaurant offers more than just coffee, tea, and donuts, as the menu offered a grilled cheese sandwich, various breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, wraps, snack bacon, a variety of muffins, and fritters. There’s a lot on the menu. This restaurant is not located in my city, so I’m not sure if I’d seek it out. Thanks for a good initial visit!

We visited this store to order 2 dozen of donuts for kids birthday. Simon did an amazing job! He was patient n careful in rendering out service. He deserves a pat on the back for his effortless service! The atmosphere could have been better as they encourage drive through service although we preferred to walk in.

I couldn’t wait for the Holidays..they have my FAVORITE BACK..Cookie Butter Cold Brew. The foam is delightful and the cookie pieces make this coffee stand out above other simple cold brews. It’s a nice pop of flavor. Try it, but get their early before they run out of the cookie topping so your not disappointed.
