I love coming to this cafe! It’s super cute and they always decorate for the holidays. The drinks are soo good as well as the food. I’ve tried many different menu items and nothing has disappointed me. The staff is always amazing. Came here with my friend and the older lady working (maybe the owner/manager) gave us little cinnamon chai shots She’s so precious and sweet. All the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I love being a regular here! Also props for having a super clean place 🙂

Really good coffee and food! The place has a nice vibe and everything tasted fresh.
The server with the glasses was amazing even though he was busy, he still brought the food to our table himself. Great service and really kind people. Definitely recommend this place

I came from Fresno Ca to visit Deliver Load and breakfast on Tuesday which I found to be really delicious. I love the atmosphere, the location, the live music was charming. I am not familiar with the area but I find it to be a hidden gem. I came back again on next time to grab some sweets to enjoy with my friend before heading back home. I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Google Maps says the cafe closes at 7. I arrived and the sign on the door says it closes at 6, but I got there at 5:30 and all the lights were off and the door was closed. I suppose an employee left early without saying anything. I’m letting the managers know so they can talk to the employees and prevent these kinds of situations.

This is the third time we have come here and they don’t have food. We keep hearing “the truck didn’t delivery any food.” Sounds like management doesn’t know how to manage.
Today, we ordered our usual egg and cheese, croissant sandwich and the guy working there brought out this green egg patty with pepper that we’ve NEVER seen before and when I asked what happened to the scrambled eggs that usually comes on it, he said “we changed our menu.” When I asked are you sure they changed their menu? He then said “well we ran out of eggs and the delivery truck didn’t come.”So he changed his story and lied straight to my face. Then he said that the scrambled egg patty that he served us was made at their house. And then came back with “next time you want it scrambled, you’ll have to ask us “ yeah, no. That is not on me to have to ask when the same breakfast croissant has always been made with scrambled eggs.
How hard is it to go down the street to Smith’s and buy a case of eggs? Anyone with a proper food handlers permit would know you can’t cook food at home and bring it to a business. Then he charged me twice for the exact same meal. He claimed that he refunded everything.. hmmm let’s hope that’s correct. I will be watching on my statements. So my family and I couldn’t eat breakfast and it was once again for the third time a waste of time coming in. I had to pack up my kids and baby once again back in the car and find food elsewhere. Something happened here with management or ownership and it is awful. We will not be returning to this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dang, we really wanted to like this place! The cinnamon rolls were stale and hard. I even asked and they told me they were soft. I think the flavor would have been good had they been fresh. When I told the manager she just said, “I’ll let them know.”
The breakfast burritos were cold and did not have good flavor. Salsa terrible. The granola bowl was decent.
Breakfast is not that hard to make good. This place misses on everything.
We will not be back.

Best cafe experience Ive had in YEARS. The couple who owns and runs the place was wonderful and so kind. The Coffee/tea and sweets were each better than the last. Trust me, go once and you will be back again

Beautiful little cafe, located in a nice area. Cozy atmosphere with delicious food. $10 for a sandwich with a pickle and a handful of chips. $5 for the regular pieces of cake and $7 for seasonal options. Coffees and teas available. All the sandwiches tasted good. The regular cakes were yummy. The specialty dessert we picked was not good, but you can’t have everything perfect. Would recommend.

I walked into Biscotts Bakery & Café in South Jordan thinking I’d grab a normal little breakfast… and instead I got ambushed by a whole display case of specialty cakes. Actual slices of cake. In a café. At 9 a.m. And honestly? I felt seen. I felt understood on a deep emotional wavelength I didn’t know cafés operated on.

I grabbed the Black Forest slice, and let me tell you — that thing didn’t just taste good. It tasted like forgiveness. Like closure. Like maybe my problems aren’t as big as I thought they were when chocolate and cherries are involved.

The place itself hits that perfect middle zone: not tiny, not huge, just big enough to breathe but small enough to feel like you’ve stepped into someone’s peaceful little world. It’s quiet too — the kind of quiet where your thoughts stop screaming at you for a second. The staff were friendly in that calm “we’re just doing our thing” way, not the forced corporate smile that makes you want to run.

It’s the type of café where you can actually get stuff done, or not do anything at all and nobody cares. You can just exist… with cake. Which, honestly, is a life plan I can fully support.

If you need a place to reset, relax, or eat dessert before noon without judgment, Biscotts is your place. And trust me — get the cake. It fixes things.

Hidden little gem. Go for a nice ambience and great coffee. The treats don’t disappoint. Don’t expect fast food, you’re here for a break.
