With all the reveiws was excited to try… ordered a bowl of chili and a gyro on uber eats. Got a cup of diarrhea (which I was guess some may like) dont know if the driver replaced it and my Uber eats driver stole by lamb gyro and the when I called Mike’s they told me to contact uber which they know you can only do through app and is no help. So now I am sitting hungry in my semi truck. Wife called a few times and when she gave her opinion on the chili as she was already frustrated with the stolen food she was met with backlash. Have reported both driver and restaurant to crimestoppers due to the lack of effort to help a customer with theft.
Love supporting local buissness as alot of the loads I take supply them.. what a shame . Watch out for Vince in the brand new kia.

My wife ordered a gyro and a chili dog. I ordered a Reuben and a chili dog. The food was great. It’s a clean well kept restaurant with tasty food and a lot of options on the menu.
I’ll happily eat there again next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little boy. I love it! The same family has been running it for all this time & really has that kind of feel. I always get the same thing. Cheddar gyro only honey mustard. My palate has changed and I Eat just about anything now, but I can’t bring myself to try my gyro any other way.
I’ve also heard their chili is good. It’s cincinnati style chili, but I’ve heard it’s great. My friends get it when they go. But like I said I get the gyro every single time.

Always delicious, I feel like I could just leave it at that, lol. The gyros, fries (and ranchero fries!), fried mushrooms, and baklava are all just incredibly and perfectly made, in my opinion of course. I’m hungry again just thinking about it..

Comparing this to other stand alone gyros places here is my review.
WHAT THE HECK WITH ALL FIVES. I EXPECT EDIBLE FOOD ON A PLATE.
THE FOOD IS SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN MOST. But not the best I have ever had. That would be a five.
Every time we come in the portions are getting smaller and smaller.
The service was well below par.
$21.70 for what is in the photo is a lot

absolutely ALWAYS fresh! Have been coming here for 3 years now!! The gyro is always perfect, the fries are always perfect. The staff is always super duper kind. THIS is the place to be!

Quality of the food is hit or miss and not consistent, prices on the higher side, parking lot/sign is dim and dirty, customer service sucks. The same old gray hair woman who is there every time acts like she is bothered to do anything. She has the driest, dull, and poor personality. This place has potential but it has been this same way for years.

I love this place! it’s still very clean and has amazing friendly service. The food is generous in portions and has a very good flavor they actually use real bacon not the imitation it’s really good We will definitely be returning.

Mike’s is down the road from a place I’m doing work for, and I’ve been wanting to give it a try. I got a loaded coney and beef/lamb gyro with feta. The coney was by far the best coney I’ve had in Cincinnati, and I’ve had most. I really want to try a 4-way now because the chili was great. The gyro was just right, nice portion of meat and sauce. I’m definitely making this my go-to chili and gyro stop in the Cincinnati area. Good price too, gyro/coney/Pepsi for $14. Also, the server was very friendly, great service overall.
