If you order from here on a Friday night be prepared to wait. My order was supposed to be done by 6:50pm and it was ready until after 7pm. A lady in the store said she had ordered over an hour ago and was still waiting.
Despite waiting I was able to add garlic rolls which was nice. But my order contained two pizzas one BBQ chicken and a cheese… and this is now the cheese pizza came.
So glad they checked my pizza before giving it to me. Something so simple came so messed up.

Great place, nostalgic atmosphere, service was top tier. I’ve been here multiple times up until now and the only worry is waiting when it’s busy, but that’s a given everywhere in the world. Creative pizza galore, cashiers consistently help guide you through recommendations/deals and are nothing short of kind and responsive. Cooks are very communicative with the customers on what they are purchasing and cater to the customer. Wings are excellent, the Dali Lama sauce comes second to none in the area. Me and my family love this restaurant, forever customers ❤️

Ordered pizza that was never delivered. I was charged nearly $70.00 for two pizzas. They spoke to me nicely on the phone, promised to call back and then blocked my call. It is pretty outrageous. No delivery person every even attempted to enter my community and Coley’s made no effort to correct the wrong.

Coley’s pizza was my favorite place to get pizza and has been for years. I’m not sure if management changed or what happened to the Coley’s I used to know and love. The past three times I have ordered delivery it has been frustrating and disappointing.
The 1st and 2nd time I placed online orders for pizza here, I was messages by the delivery drivers that they did not have hot bags for the pizza and could not deliver my pizza. I had to call the store and ask the store to have someone deliver the pizza. Both times I was told by an employee who answered the phone that they use a third party to deliver the pizza. I asked when my pizza would arrive and was put on hold for 5 minutes each time and then told my pizza would arrive shortly. In both of those cases the pizza was already cold by the time it got to me.
Tonight is the last night I order from Coleys. I placed an online order and at least didn’t have to call to ensure someone was actually going to deliver the pizza. However, when I opened the door to retrieve my pizza; the person delivering the pizza was holding the box vertically. Every single slice of pizza was on top of each other and crushed.
I had so many positive memories ordering and enjoying the pizza from this restaurant. It is truly saddening to see how far Coley’s has fallen.

Careful when you order when it’s busy. If they have you on hold for 10 minutes to make an order then anticipate a wait x10 that. I ordered 4 simple pizzas and it took nearly 2 hrs for some reason that they wouldn’t tell me. I’m guessing they gave it away to another person or forgot to put it in the oven until I came to pick it up. What ever the reason, my wings were also cold by the time I got them home because it took them so long to make the pies. Not coming back, bridge burned. Easier to pick up something at Publix and cook it if I’m going to wait nearly 2 hrs.

We were passing by and decided to try, we bought 2 combos (2slices + drink), it was good. We learned they have a Tuesday promotion for 12 chicken wings $12. Friendly staff, we like the pizza, so we hade a great time. We’ll be back soon for the wings.

I had to come back and edit this review. I’m not sure if they changed management or what, but the quality has gone down. This is usually our go to place for pizza and the last few times the quality has definitely dropped. Today we order a 18″ cheese with toppings on one side. I even asked for it well done. The pizza we go was not even CLOSE to well done. It literally fell apart once we picked up a slice. The crust was floppy. Even my wife said she felt like it was undercooked. I really hope they up their quality because I doubt we’ll be ordering from them again.

I’ve been getting pizza from Coley’s since they’ve taken over this spot. The vibe is always chill and the staff is always nice, friendly and polite. Their pizza use to be amazing but the past few years we’ve been less impressed. It’s still good pizza and definitely a great deal for dinner with the weekday specials on Mondays & Wednesdays. The honey bbq wings were tasty but next time I’ll get my go to honey garlic. If you haven’t tried Coley’s I’d give ‘em a try because great pizza is really hard to come across especially in Pines.
