Just stood in front of the employees making a catering order while being the only in store customer for 10 minutes just to be told they won’t put my sub on the grill… I have spent hundreds of dollars at Jersey Mike’s getting the exact same order. Terrible customer service here.

We usually love Jersey Mikes and eat there all the time in Columbus, Ga and Opelika, Al. Unfortunately at the first one we stopped at in Dothan, the lady that was attempting to take our sandwich order seemed as though we were bothering her. There wasn’t any bread at 5:30 pm. If your not prepared and don’t want customers then we felt it would be best to leave and took our business somewhere else.

The food is always great, but unfortunately, I’ve had many instances where my order is completely forgotten.
I have a 30-minute lunch and most of the time I just want to pick up the food and go. Today was the most frustrating experience. I had 2 people in front of me. When it was my turn, I noticed the staff member wasn’t writing anything on the notepad, more people started to come in and as I noticed people receiving their meals that were before me, I approached the counter and reminded the staff members about my order, and they proceeded to ask what order? My time was wasted.
If you need something quick and to go, this is not your place.

This new Jersey Mike’s Subs location is amazing! They have great attitudes – greeting you when you walk in and talking to you while you’re there! The chef is amazing (I’m sorry that I forgot to get her name!) She is funny and kind and upbeat and proud to work there. The food was excellent – had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Big Kahuna! She warned us we’d need plenty of napkins! She was not kidding! I highly recommend this place! Great job!
