Below average coffee. The ordering process is confusing, they have kiosks you can order from, but only for certain items. If you would like an Americano or a different type of coffee, you have to go to the other kiosk. It’s not intuitive.
My Americano was average at best.
The staff seemed charming and nice, but they may be up against corporate rules and have to serve subpar beverages.
If you must get a cup of coffee, go here, if you can wait, find somewhere else.

Crowded. Slow. Overwhelming. Little respectful. Not attentive. Products are not accurate on kiosks. Ordered iced vanilla latte with regular milk. My bad for emptying excess coffee for more milk in the trash but no where else to pour it. Learned almond milk was in it instead of regular milk, what if I had an allergy? Was told it would be made again instead of me pouring it out. Waited 20 more minutes and had to go up as a reminder. Was given a hot vanilla coffee with hardly any milk and way too much vanilla syrup. At that point I just left and threw everything in the trash. Should have asked for a refund. I had even tipped the cost of half the latte. Staff seem like they are trying to hold it together and do not want to be there. This situation does not help. They should get rid of those kiosks. Good luck ladies.

I was asked to leave this establishment in Terminal D around 8:30 PM because I had not purchased anything. There were only two people in the entire place at the time. I explained that I had not seen any posted sign regarding purchase requirements and did not intend to leave. The employee then called the manager. When I asked for the manager’s name, she flipped her badge over, though I was able to see the name “Beverly” beforehand.

I ultimately left and boarded my plane, but the interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional given how empty the location was. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I was here 5/21/25. There was one lady working alone and she did a fantastic job of waiting on everyone and keeping the orders filled. I was there around 6:30AM. Kuddos to this worker bee. She literally never stopped moving and the coffee was just what I needed! The atmosphere is the airport, but there was a nice seating area by the shop.

Got a breakfast sandwich for $9 bucks plus a coffee and a water. The coffee was ok but the sandwich was completely disgusting. I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. Staff would not engage in communication in any way. No napkins to be found. No receipt.
Just avoid this place if you’re ever at the Atlanta airport. I wish I could post a picture of it as it was truly unacceptable. If that’s the best you can do just don’t offer breakfast sandwiches.

The woman making my drink (blonde with dark highlights) was very sweet but the manager (long braids) was incredibly rude to everyone – the woman she worked with, the guy delivering packages, and every customer interaction I witnessed was combative and unpleasant. The woman making my drink called my name with a smile and the manager took it out of her hands and gave it to another man, snapping at me “NO! Not for you!” for having the audacity to step forward when my own name was called. She had just done this to another customer not even a minute prior, to the point where the man next to this customer was apologetic and uncomfortable. I waited patiently after being snapped at and had no issue waiting, particularly for the employee who was making all drinks by herself with kindness. I did, however, have a specific drink order with modifications I paid extra for, so when I was handed a different drink, I asked kindly if it had included my modifications. Before the sweet woman who made my drink could utter a word, the other woman jumped down my throat from across the room. I found it rude that she never let her coworker speak – never once when this woman was addressed directly would her manager let her utter a word. She honestly looked fearful of this other woman, and as someone who leads teams myself, I can tell when someone is experiencing a terrorizing work experience. I don’t tend to leave reviews like this but it was such an unpleasant experience watching her treat her colleague the way she did, let alone how terribly rude she is to customers consistently. Not a single interaction with her was remotely pleasant or respectful. I’ve worked service industry jobs and currently work in client services – you can’t treat people that way. She needs additional training and/or oversight stat. I wrote this review in hopes management sees this and does something, especially for the woman working with her who was so sweet and treated so poorly.

Was “sold out” of almost everything. The woman making the coffee who looked like Flavor Flav was straight yelling at customers waiting for their drinks telling them to back off or they wouldn’t get their drinks. She wasn’t calling out names so got lost on the orders complicating the system as people grabbed the wrong drinks. The actual latte I got was tasteless. The espresso underpulled (and not tamped) and the milk was burned (since she was too busy yelling at people) and left the milk too long. The whole place was also filthy. Never ever again.

Are you guys going to do something about these two ladies that work here?? They will run the business down with their disgusting attitude. There were two ladies working at this place when I got there at 11am this morning on December 22nd. They were so rude to customers. I simply grabbed a Yogurt Parfait and wanted to scan it at the register but didn’t know I had to scan it on a screen they had. The lady with a mask on asked if I was ordering. I was confused but said yes. She just stared as she realized I didn’t know I was to scan it. She could have simply politely redirected me to the scanner but was so rude. I was so disgusted. It’s unfortunate that these are the type of people (badly behaved) hired here. I overheard the other one yelling at an older customer who was also confused.

FOOD POISONING!!!
Unlike most reviews, my service was pretty good – Concourse T. But I got a pre-packaged Caesar salad. Ate it 2 hours later. Got food poisoning about the time my plane landed in LAX. I ate nothing else and only drank water. Haven’t been around anyone with stomach flu and thats too sudden to catch from someone at the airport.

One of the most unprofessional places. The server was rude and obnoxious. Black man treating others like royalty and people who looked like him rude. The female was rude too and had all the attitude as well. They were out of several things and still had it on the menu. Informed me that they do not know when someone orders orange juice but have on it the order screen. Why do I have to ask for my full order. It’s a shame and joke. If you want to stay open find others to work for you who know how to treat customers.
