This is a chain restaurant that serves pressure cooked fried chicken, sides and drinks. When I visited the dining area was basically empty, with the exception of 2 delivery drivers picking up orders to go. The dining room was neat and clean. The associates were friendly, helpful and professional. I was low on funds, so at the suggestion of one of the clerks I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip deal with a waffle. It was on sale and priced between $7-8 . The chicken was delicious as usual. The waffle was small, dense and sweet.

Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant but without open restrooms. They have closed them for some reason. It’s not too convenient to serve greasy food eaten by hand and have no option for washing hands. The toilets works as the staff used them themselves several times during my visit. Food was very hot and tasted fine. It was served very quickly. Almost no wait for food.

Service is really slow here. There were 2 people working during lunch time, 1 covering the counter and the drive thru and another cooking and preparing all the food. People walked out do to lack of service.

If you want your food when you order it to be done in less than 10 minutes don’t come here. I sat for 20 minutes and my food never came and they served other people and their excuse was that the fries were not done they wasted my l time don’t ever come here.

I ordered a famous volcano with a small side coastlaw and a small side gravy. The small side coast law didn’t even have a whole teaspoon worth of coleslaw in it.It was all juice, no coast lot and and the coast law is very expensive.
It’s really ridiculous. Also, you should have your staff.Put the coleslaw in a separate bag.Not with the hot food.Coastline has milk in it and it shouldn’t be warm.

Caught the bus there. Only to see they haven’t updated. Since the new EBT cards chipped. Has a hand written note stating they no longer accept EBT since update. Update your GOOGLE & Yelp Info If you no longer accept EBT

Never again! Hospitalized for 3 days due to food poisoning. The chicken looked too grease and dark as if it was old, but in the rush of work I did not put much attention to it and paid the consequences.

This is my favorite KFC in Long Beach. Everytime I come, the Customer Service is excellent. These people are ALWAYS nice. Good Customer Service is rare, extremely rare, but it goes a long way. It feels good to be respected as a customer and treated like those who work there want you to be there. These people are great.

I have loved kFC for the good Chicken flavor on the original chicken flavor, smash potatoes with its gravy and and Mac and cheese . But on Monday I decided to be my last time I get KFC again here is why I paid $54 dlls for 12 PCs of chicken and it side plus an extra gravy which I love but that day after many months not eating KFC the prices went up but the quality of food went down the smash potatoes and the gravy was so plain you can tell the potatoes are not the same as they us to be and the gravy was so watery now for the Mac and cheese it was not as cheese as it used to be even my kids didn’t eat it. Seriously really disappointed spent $54 dlls to end up throwing a lot away
