Visited on a Sunday morning when they first opened. The place was very clean, and uncrowded. The employees were nice and courteous. The food was delicious. 10/10 service here! Ordered a niño quesadilla for my picky 9 year-old and it didn’t fill her up so I sent her and my wife up to the counter to get another one and the manager gave it to us on the house! Then he came by to check on us if we needed another one! Top notch service! Love it$

The food is great. However… Twice now I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. First time I couldn’t prove it as I had ate other meals, however this last time I pretty much hadn’t eaten anything for a solid 18 hours prior and 12 hours after. I’ve never had such terrible food poisoning symptoms as this was. Pretty much couldn’t eat for 1 week and barely could snack the 2nd week. 3rd week was still recovery with light food. Honestly took a month to fully feel normal again.
This location is the bad egg of Cafe Rio. There’s heavy dust on the ceiling and we’ve seen coworkers not properly washing hand and/or using gloves before touching food after touching their phones.
I’ve emailed management and nothing changes. I’ll avoid this location and maybe try another one in a few years.

I LOVE Cafe Rio, but ordering delivered has been the biggest disappointment. My go-to order is the sweet barbacoa nachos. Every other place I have ordered nachos from, they put the toppings on the side to prevent the chips from getting soggy by the time I make it home. Today, I ordered delivery and figured they would have the common sense to put the toppings on the side so that I can enjoy nachos and not just soggy tortillas. But unfortunately, they did not. Everything was cold, soggy, and muchy by the time it arrived. I can’t blame the delivery people because they transported the food as best they could. But the restaurant employees should have enough common sense to know to not package certain foods together. It was a really big disappointment

This place is like Chipotle but much better. I got the barbacoa burrito and it was amazing. Im gonna try the fire grilled steak next time. There’s plenty of options. The food was fresh. It tasted amazing. Definitely a good spot.

I went in for taco Tuesday and got the carnitas steak and slow roasted chicken. Delicious although I was a little disappointed they didn’t have the crispy shells. It’s been awhile since I’ve been there and I think the server got a little frustrated with me. Fortunately the hostess Natalia was super friendly one out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Definitely turned it around I will be back.

I ordered with DoorDash and same as others have mentioned on the reviews, nachos were soggy. The limes are thinly sliced, the guacamole was brown. Also it was missing other salsas I had picked out.
