after sitting for over 20 minutes at our table and employee walked by and looked at us and asked if we were going to order anything. we showed her our receipt and said we did quite a while ago and then for the next 5 minutes she went yelling at the staff as to the whereabouts of our food. after another 15 minutes they brought us our food and apologized by way of giving us a free cookie

Came in the other day and got a giant thirteen. It was made with love, passion and determination. After consuming this beast of a sandwich Otis AKA The big O offered me a free sub card as well. They clearly care about their customers and our experience please check them out!!!

I’ve been to this location a handful of times the last several weeks. The employees are friendly, seem happy to be there and make an excellent sub. I love that they off a GF bun. Shout out to Odis, great service and super friendly guy.

I placed an online order at this location and when I arrived there was people who were placing orders and getting food before me when I was told that my order will be getting made I waited for over 15 minutes and was then asked again what my name was and what my order was I was then frustrated because I had to repeat myself to a worker when I was told that it was being worked on (which it obviously wasn’t ) this location is a disgrace I like the kirkwood Manchester location better

3 out of 4 times we’ve had delivery, there’s always something missing, cold hot sandwiches, or made wrong. We’ve decided to no longer order from this place. I was told by the manager that they were busy and short staffed.

Horrible and I will never ever go to that location again. I ordered two sandwiches and they basically made the sandwichs with absolutely zero communication with me as to how I wanted it or what I wanted on my sandwich. The fact that the condiments were free it makes even less sense. To add insult to injury I spent $30 for two so you would’ve thought the service would’ve been way better. I do not recommend this location nor will I ever encourage anyone to patronize that location. Absolutely horrendous and as you can see from my comments I’m irate. Had I not swiped my card I would’ve asked d for a full refund and left. You only get one time period!
