I’m not sure what happened to this place but the quality and speed has gone downhill. I’m not sure if there are new employees that need more training but this location used to be excellent a few months ago. Now my recent experiences always took a lot longer than expected and the sandwich itself is subpar like Subway’s. The bread was thin and over-baked with not has much meat inside as before.

I don’t usually visit Jersey Mike’s, but the location near my job is good. It’s always busy, yet the staff keeps things moving quickly and stays friendly. The sandwiches are consistently good (I always order the tuna and the cookies). I appreciate being greeted every time I walk in. I met the general manager, Eric, today, he was very welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot when I’m working in Westwood.

I placed an order on the app, and when I arrived to the location at the pick up time, my order wasn’t even made. I waited a total of 20 minutes for my order to finally be completed. I was talking to a couple of people who were also in the same boat. One guy was waiting for 20 minutes too by the time I got there. Another one continued waiting even after I got my order. Apparently, this is normal and common for this location. Some of the employees were not being team players and left one person to make over a dozen orders by themselves. When I finally got my order and opened it at home, it was the wrong sandwich. It also didn’t taste very good like they were using subpar ingredients. This location used to be pretty good. I wonder what went wrong. Blackstone ruined this company by minimizing quality and service to maximize profits for shareholders. It’s no wonder this chain is doomed.

They were quick to take the order. Seems like they prioritize online orders though as I waited nearly 20 minutes for them to make a regular chicken cheesesteak. Poor communication between manager and staff. They were talking amongst themselves and had the music on having a good time but can’t get a hot sandwich out in a timely manner even after being asked 3 times about its status. Would of just gotten a regular cold sandwich to get out of there in a timely manner.

This place use to be so well run, until recently. Labor Day is a busy day for all places, and there were only 3 people working. It was chaos. Online orders were being fulfilled randomly and not by pick up time. At least 8 people were waiting for pick up while the walk-in guests were being attended to. I ordered online with 30 min grace period. When I got there to pick it up, I waited over 25 minutes. My order ticket was buried under others. Finally I had enough and requested my order to be canceled. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Warning, make sure you get what you ordered. Not the best place for takeout. Also before leaving check that your order is all in the bag. This has not been the first time !! Definitely reconsidering not to do business with this Jersey Mikes .

I will never return here again. Did my online order showed up maybe 2min early. There was bags on the pickup shelves none with my name no big deal I was early. Watched the lines back up as things got busier. 45min later I had it and the dude that was making sandwiches actually asked me as I was trying to get the guy at the registers attention what my name was. He turns to a counter full of pick ups and says here. There were 8 others in the same boat waiting for their orders they already paid for. The guy behind the register was obviously flustered and had no organizational skills to handle the job of taking payments from customers there and getting those bags on the shelves . Who knows how long my bag was sitting there but when I got home my sandwich was cold dry and the roll was burnt some how. I even left a tip ahead of time for this service. People standing there couldnt believe it either as they were finally getting their food after standing there so long. Did nobody wonder why we were standing there that long? Ridgewood and paramus will be getting my buisness.
Pretty good. The guys at night are real nice and kept it moving. Place looks pretty clean and the food is right out there so you can see it as they grab it. Grabbed a few steak and cheese sandwiches and chips. The steaks are pretty good and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need a sandwich fix. Fyi the rolls are that nice soft hero rolls just how it should be.
