We recently attended the Sunday Brunch at this restaurant and my expectations were met! The ambiance, decor and variety of foods was out of this world. My favorite was the salmon, omelette station and dessert table. The staff were very attentive and friendly to our entire party. The view over looking the Hudson River was fabulous and picturesque. Enjoyed a lovely lunch and nice service. Ordered two cups of tea and the server brought the tea box with several herbal tea selections . We asked for regular tea and he dug out ONE Lipton tea bag and had to go to the back and found ONE decaf lipton bag. As if that wasnt shameful enough, each 4 ounce cup was $6.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, that’s robbery.

My cousin and I decided to check out the “Newly” Family owned La Fontana for a New Years cocktail. The name is similar but the experience & quality is s huge upgrade. Let me say, the service/staff was awesome and friendly! The BEST lemon drop martini coming from a lemon drop connoisseur! lol
We were pleased with the refreshed look making the environment feel more comfortable & pleasing. We will be back for dinner or lunch soon. Their salad selection is extensive.

Really, don’t waste your time.
Went there for dinner. Food was pretty rough. Their risotto looked and tasted like wet yellow Goya rice. The salmon was really dry. The saving grace with the salmon was the lemon sauce. Vegetables were bland and tasted like boiled frozen veggies. Scallops also lacked any flavor. Too bad because we had high hopes.
Service was good. Wasn’t great but wasn’t bad. When we were able to connect with those attending to us they were always pretty pleasant.
Atmosphere left much to be desired. Maybe update the inside a bit. The mini air conditioner units helped beat the heat of summer.
I probably will never go here again for dinner. I “might” try brunch but Nyack, and the surrounding areas, have so much more to offer.

Under new management after being closed for more than 6 months for renovation. Doesn’t look like much changed overall.

I recently had a brunch buffet at this restaurant with a large party. The food was decent, but not great. There was a good variety of options to choose from, but nothing really stood out. The atmosphere was cool and relaxed, and the service was excellent. Our waters were friendly and quick to refill our drinks and clear our plates. The brunch buffet was a little pricey, but I would still recommend it to others, especially if you are looking for a place with a good variety of food and a cool atmosphere.
