Save your coins! I was looking for something to eat on 441 and came across this Haitian spot. As soon as I walked in, there was a strange smell that wasn’t welcoming. But since I was starving, I ordered the conch and goat stew to go.
The moment I got in the car, I noticed the food wasn’t giving that authentic Haitian flavor I was expecting—red flag #2 . Once I got home, I did a quick taste test. The food was meh at best, like some kind of Haitian diet food. Save your coins and try somewhere else! ♀️

Called to ask about Dijon-Dijon rice, headed out once I was told it was on today’s menu. Ordered Legume and Dijon-Dijon and one fried plantain. It was huge and the best I have ever eaten, it was crunchy and moist all through. The Legume was loaded with meat and rested in a pool of orange grease as often seems to be the case with Haitian Legume. I just soak it up with a napkin and keep it moving. It and the rice tasted average good. The menu includes breakfast and also is loaded with typical Haitian food flair and includes cow feet and liver. The restaurant is dine in only because of COVID and the food prices were the typical price for Haitian food in the area. Lots of parking, two doors down from Metro PCS on west side on State Rd 7 AKA 441. The other customers seemed to be regulars and keep coming back. Have leftover food, it probably will taste even better tomorrow once the seasoning sinks in.

Food is really good, been eating here for years since 2003, recently relocated so you know I’ve been eating there years! They could work on the decor a little but the food will make you overlook that. Pikliz is one of the best I’ve had, lots of carrots and taste fresh. They usually always the answer the phone and food is on time for pickup!

I called ahead to order my a spaghetti with sausage and eggs and Haitian meatballs boullette. I was already 10 minutes away . They said it will be ready . Once i arrived the food was not ready and I had to wait 38 minutes mind you the restaurant was empty the whole 38 minutes . Not one customer came inside to order a meal . After waiting patiently , I arrived home with the the meal only to find out the EGGS on the spaghetti was UNDERCOOKED all the yolk was watery . You can tell the eggs was cooked under 2 minutes . That can give someone food poisoning, i threw the food away disappointed. Next my Haitian meatballs was completely burnt and cold like they cooked it a day before and refried it and left it out not edible at all . My bill came up to 46$ for two plates from unexpected charges of added sausage , eggs , and hotdogs as extra add ons . I’ve been coming here for a little while since they were in Miramar in the corner 2019 but they done lost me with the quality of food and the price recently . If I’m gonna wait 48 minutes for food let it be ((((QUALITY)))) and not something slapped on the plate for your customer to eat as a dog .

The fried plantains were bomb and the cow foot was tender. But for $17 I received mostly bone in the few pieces that they gave. Also, the rice was It literally tasted like burned plastic. Usually I can withstand the taste of burned rice but not that taste.

HORRIBLE establishment! I ordered food and not only did my food and someone else’s food taste burnt, but I found a piece of metal in my food. Almost threw up. Do not go here. I didn’t event waste my time going back in there to ask for my money back because doubt that would happen.
