We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. We ate at the Neapolitan Way First Watch for the first time on 01/12/26. The location is large located on the corner of US41 and Neapolitan Way with plenty of parking.
The restaurant is open plan with several sections including a community table, a small outdoor area and booths. The kitchen is open but discreet.
We both ate the Traditional with bacon, potatoes, eggs medium and extra toast. We drank coffee and water. The portion of food was well presented, warmed to the right temperature and overall excellent.
We were served by Taylin who was pleasant, professional and efficient. She took our order quickly, everything came out in a reasonable timeframe. Plates and the like were cleared away without delay when we were finished.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is light, bright and clean. As the location is larger than some First Watch restaurants there is ample room between tables.
All in all an excellent experience at this location. Worth a try is you have never been to First Watch and a good location if you are in the area and are a regular.

We meet friends here for lunch. Our first time. I got the honey pecan salad, my husband got the BEC. The waitress (Taylin) was very friendly, helpful. She told my husband about the sauce on his sandwich is a little spicey. He had it put on the side and was glad because it was more spicey then he likes. Would recommend this restaurant.

What a disappointment with the food. Could have been an off.day. but, how do you burn pancakes? It was resolved, but why did it leave the kitchen? Don’t like the way they make their omelettes. The eggs are cooked first then the add the options. Meat cheese veggies etc. they burned the meat! Why? Either their chefs don’t care or they don’t know. In any case this location on 41 is bad.

The General Manager comped our entire meal to support our Veterans visiting the restaurant. The service was excellent and our server Angel was very polite and extremely efficient. She made our visit wonderful. The lemon pancakes were great! I will definitely return.
