I just want to start by saying every negative review is a lie to kill a darn good business. The food was amazing. Blown away by how good it was actually. Check my photos to see what the food actually looks like. The BBQ japalano sandwich is so good I want another. The ultimate fries in large are for sure more than a large. And the Cajun rub wings do have rub. These are also the containers the food comes in.

Traveling from Tennessee to NY and stopped here to get a sandwich. The sandwich was good. No complaints there. But after using my credit card to pay I noticed after I left that the cashier who took the order and gave me the sandwich had added a 1.25 tip to a 7.49 sandwich without my knowledge or permission. I tried to call them and talk to them about it and the number was non working. So I got the location in Roanoke instead and left a message. About 30 minutes later that cashier from this location called and apologized. Said “he didn’t know how that happened ”. Since I traveling. No refund could be given and I told him if this is a habit of is, it not only is wrong but also illegal to add charges to someone’s credit card without their knowledge. Imagine if he did this to everyone who bought something there without their knowledge? Boat load of money for him… just watch your receipts.

The staff were friendly no complaints on that. I ordered A cheesesteak with cheese fries, and a strawberry lemonade. And to be quite honest, that cheesesteak was the most bland cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The cheese fries were ok I guess. The best thing I consumed is the strawberry lemonade. There’s a phrase written on the wall saying they have the number 1 cheesesteak, yeah…. Not true at all. The purpose of my review is to give honest feedback on their product. Hopefully the owners will go back to the drawing board and work on making their cheesesteak better because to be honest, I spent $21 on a large Philly cheesesteak meal and I feel like I wasted my money.

Normally have good food from there but this time was a horrible experience and when the food got taken back they blamed it on our driver and then when I called to talk the manager got told there won’t be a manager on site until sometime tomorrow. Didn’t even offer to replace the food

Second and last time I will ever even think about getting food from this horrible place. First time I waited for literally an hour and 45 mins for three philly subs. I decided to give them a second shot today I ordered 30 wings, 15 barbecue and 15 Cajun rub. There was no seasoning, rub, sauce, NOTHING on the 15 Cajun rub. The total for 30 wings plus a so called complimentary large fry was $50.30. They charged 60¢ PER DIP. Yes they charged extra for the dip to go with there $1.60 a piece wings. How you gonna charge extra for the dip when the price of your wings are outrageous and you can’t even put the rub/sauce on half of the order?!? If I would have noticed this before I got home I would have asked for my money back and left the food on the counter. Absolutely dissatisfied and angry with this place and will NEVER go back.

The ultimate fries are fully loaded up and for the price you cant go wrong. Personally recommend getting the fries extra crispy especially if you’re taking them to go.
