I ordered door dash and it’s been saying “preparing your food” for an hour now. I’ll be lucky if I even get the food tonight. I’ll give it another 15min but if nothing changes I’ll cancel the order and update this review with all 1 stars, this is ridiculous.

They ran out of burger meat. I’m having to substitute for other food and they can’t refund me the difference, so I’m having to reach out to DoorDash for the refund and formal complaint.
It’s now an hour and a half since I ordered, no food yet but hopefully will be coming in the next 20min.

Food finally got here, milkshake was melted, fries were cold, but I did get the chicken sandwiches. Now waiting for DoorDash to refund me.

I normally don’t like going out to eat; however, last week I decided Hardee’s was exactly what I wanted! The ads on TV weren’t on my mind at all. I wanted one of everything ASAP—no need to wait to read the menu. A Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger, Holly Jolly Sparkler, Big Hot Ham & Cheese, Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits, and a few apple turnovers!
’Tis the season for Hardee’s; the drive-thru was slammed. The very nice woman over the speaker informed me I’d have to wait on the turnovers & cinnamon raisins because they made them fresh to order, which I was fine with.
I got to the window and saw a woman working really hard all by herself. She apologized for the wait. In a small uplifting conversation, I asked for her name and if she was the only one working. I noticed loads of more cars pulling in as I left.
Bless these women working super hard with very little help. Bless us customers with extreme patience. I thank you very much, Holly of Sophia Hardee’s! Happy Holidays to you! P.S. Everything was delicious! I do recommend! ⭐

Hardees has the absolute best food! The environment is lively and full of good energy. Amanda is hands down one of the best GM’s you will ever find. She goes above and beyond for not only her customers, but her staff as well. We cannot wait for this place to open back up!

Slow expensive half time employees are setting outside smoking will not take your order. So been a while figured I would try an original bag happy to have survived it reported it last week still no response. This place should be shut down or cook fired burger was like eating rocks was so old like jerky and as you can see no pickles no onion nothing put a stain of ketchup sad…….

Stopped in on 9/29/25 it was kind of late, the drive thru cashier was extremely helpful and friendly we placed a big order, 3 double mushroom and Swiss, 2 big hot ham. 6 piece tender, big chicken sandwich and 5 large fries , my food was hot, accurate and fast, I was offered condiments and was asked to return I most certainly will thank you Hardee’s of Sophia ❤️.

Ordered a couple things using door dash so it would be home when I got there, only got biscuit and gravy none of the rest of the order or drinks hash rounds or nothing! So I called to see if I could just come pick it up, mind u after working 13 hours I’m tired and starving, the manager said it was all in the bag and she seen it all there? Tried to accuse the door dash driver of opening the bag and stealing it and then told me whatever don’t call me call DoorDash so I contacted DoorDash! But then the lady called me back after yelling and hanging up on me, but called me back trying to argue and play games on my phone smh this was just childish? I could maybe see if I was being rude but I wasn’t at all? Just wanted to come pick it up with my receipt in hand with my name on the receipt smh!!! I’ll never order from here again!! Ever!! Missing foot done turned into phone games and yelling and other issues smh

Glad they are back open!!! Went there for lunch yesterday and breakfast today. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh and my cinnamon raisin biscuits hit just like they always have.
