This is not the best Chicken express I have ever eaten at. The fries were greasy and the tenders were a little soggy. Over all still good food. The employees were also not the friendliest. Some employees were talking about their party’s and drinking instead of paying attention to customers. The prices have went up also. The #2 is $17.29.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The fried pickles were just awful. Don’t know why, but they were really tough. They were very hot and fresh though. The fried okra was cold and tasted burnt. Really disgusting. The fried chicken was good, and the French fries were hot and fresh. Probably won’t be back to this location.

First time ever having Chicken Express, and it was a good experience. Fantastic chicken from here, and the mashed potatoes, although served with country gravy instead of brown gravy, was very good. Reasonably priced and situated close to the interstate if you are looking for a quick bite.

This is edited i have changed my opinion of this place its is much better than it was 4 years ago. Food was fresh and fast and good. Cashier was nice, they have a lot of new people from back then. Here is my old review: If you like mushed rolls and tough chicken strips this is the beat place to get those. Holds up right there with most the gas station delis around town. Mashed roll again stopped again and it took almost 20 minutes to get some fish,that i watched was already done, put into a box and handed to me. So very slow

We moved from Bryant, AR, so when we saw the chicken express in Hope, we were excited because ce was one of our favorites…however, this one’s customer service is bad. Idk what is going on, but every employee we have interacted with has been somewhat rude or atleast short answered that comes off as rude. Im a smile until they smile guy, and it doesn’t work here. Lol. On top of that, they make you pay extra for sauces, waters and napkins in the drivethru…like WHAT!? 0.75$ FOR A WATER!? 50 cents for a sauce? Was Bryant ce just spoiling us? Which is the normal? Stingy as can be, or generous with a smile? Im actually curious. Thanks.

1/9/24 Update: Contacted Customer Service on 1/5/24. Was told the store owner would be contacted. Took my name and number.
Still no call from the owner. Horrible customer service.

Absolute disgusting behavior from the people I spoke to. No help. Only “sorry about that”. If you’re the manager on staff, and you don’t have access to the store owners number/name, how are you management?
I want a full refund for the entire ticket and an apology from the owner.

Here is the thing. They as a company need to have better standards. One location you can get dipping sauce with your strips or there is gravy in the box. This location wants to charge 50 cents for a dipping sauce. For what I paid for a four strip meal it should come with one. Keep your day old gravy. Every other chicken place out there gives you at least one sauce. But hey they are really hurting over 15 cents in cost. Last time I’ll eat at the Hope location.

Chicken Express has a lot of options to pick from to eat. I really enjoy eating the fish here and there tea is good to. The chicken is great too and great side items to pick from.
