Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This is the best establishment ever! Danny was the best at the counter, give him my best regards. The food was so juicy and plump, the cheese bursted in my mouth and everything exploded with flavor, it was so hot and steamy and it came out in minutes! My buddy made a grave mistake of forgetting his cheese, and Danny my man gave us 5 slices! He went above and beyond this man should get a raise. BE GRATEFUL, whataburger. You have amazing employees. Give him a raise, truly, one of a kind staff member. ❤️

Well we stopped in for breakfast with our coupons from the mission’s game. And it was such a pleasant experience. Rex took wonderful care of us at the cash register. Our food came out quickly and it was hot and tasty. The kids split the breakfast platter, which was great for them. The hubs enjoyed his biscuits and gravy. And I enjoyed my breakfast on a bun with bacon. We also learned a few things. Kids eats free Monday-Thursday when you order a whatameal. And through 9/1/25 when you donate $2 to the Hill Country Relief you receive a commemorative Whataburger cup. Definitely a spot for locals and it was great vibe.

This is our family’s home Whataburger… it always delivers! Whether it’s grabbing a drink on the way home or a full meal for the whole family, they never miss. The staff is always kind, quick, and efficient, making sure everyone gets in and out safely. We’ve even gone inside a few times with our younger relatives, and they’ve been so sweet and patient with them. It means a lot, and we really appreciate the team here!

This Whataburger is very consistent in both their food and service. Drive thru may seem like a long line, but they’re very efficient in working both lines. They take your payment and bring out the drinks while you wait for your food. By time you get to the front, they hand you your food and you’re on your way.
Food is always well-prepared and consistently made. Came back this week since they brought back the classic Chili Cheese Burger and fries.

I placed a mobile order for pick up when I arrived there was three to four people in front of me waiting for help while they were being taken care of a rush started to happen and a flood of people arrived. Instead of being next all 40-50 people were helped before me.
45 minutes later I was approached and asked if I needed help only to be informed that my one sandwich had been ready and sitting in the back the whole time. Fun.

The young lady in the drive through is very nice she made sure to check for my sauces when they werent in the bag. Always check your bags they are always very accommodating!

I did not catch the lady that was there the night of 10/01/2025, whoever it was that night about 9:20pm in a blue shirt was amazing!! She was helpful and so sweet! Glad to see people like her at this store.
