I ordered a chicken sandwich, not a charcoal briquette in a bun. First, they forgot the sandwich entirely, but mistakes happen. So I went back. What I was handed next, however, felt personal.
They slapped what can only be described as a near-incinerated chicken patty onto a bun and called it a sandwich. This thing was burnt to the point where it had the structural integrity of a campfire log. The outside was blackened, bitter, and dry, while the inside surely would have tasted like regret and neglect. No seasoning could survive that level of cremation.
It honestly felt like punishment for daring to return. Like, “Oh, we forgot your chicken sandwich? Here — eat this evidence of a kitchen fire.”
If I wanted charred protein dust between two buns, I’d overcook something myself at home and save the money. Wingstop, do better. Forgetting my order was a mistake. Serving me a sandwich that looked like it escaped a wildfire was a choice. Where is Rick Ross in all this?

I placed an online order at this Wingstop location about an hour ago, and they haven’t even started prepping my order yet. The employees had been chit chatting in the back for a good 45 minute before letting me know that my “order was not received”. After showing receipt proof, my order automatically was found. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The staff were uncooperative and did not communicate any delays. I expected much better service. Do not come to this location.

What the heck is this, this suppose to be buffalo it look like someone threw up. It already took me 50mins to get my order. Claim I was waiting on fries but I didn’t order fries. Try to be patience but just sitting in there Drama Drama Drama instead of actually working. Lady even made a joke of giving me old fries off the floor to another customer.

Poor assembly of order. Ordered 30 regular 15 in 2 flavors. Got 15 in the 9×11 container, then got 6 wings in a side order box, and another side box of old dried corn cobb bites. Tried calling store 3 times but went straight to voicemail but was full. Waited some time called back, the phone was answered but no one said anything, but the line was still open so I sat and waited…..only to hear the line open up and then call ended.
I dialed back, phone was picked up and hung back up. Poor customer service!! Called back again the line rang busy. I will be speaking with your Corporate office.

I called over 5 times to place my order over the phone and no one answered. When I got to the restaurant it took a while before I was acknowledged because the coworkers were too busy flirting with each other. I asked do they take orders over the phone, she stated yes. I called after placing my order and did not here the phone ring and of course no one answered. I needed to call because the flavor I want is not on the website, leamon pepper hot. While writing the review the staff are talking loud and cursing at each other. Unprofessional. Next time I will drive further to get bet service.

This location has gone downhill. You can get good service depending upon who is on the shift that day. But the employees have lackluster attitudes, they do not greet you when you walk inside. You can stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes before someone looks in your direction. Nor do they give you an update when you have waited more than 30 minutes for your food. I ordered online and arrived during the scheduled completion window and waited more 30 minutes for boneless chicken, fries and corn. The lemon pepper dry rub is my favorite but it’s definitely not worth the poor customer service and extensive waittime for it. This place needs a revamp.

Boss lady that take the orders took her time to take the orders , she moved slow . We called before n upon arrival because no one picked up the phone so when I arrived I called off my phone again while standing in the store n she still didn’t answer . Waitied at least 3-5 mins before being acknowledged. Do better !!!

We really enjoyed visiting this Wingstop! We were in town for a short visit and needed something to eat a little late and they were available. The crew was energetic but very polite and the food was really good.
