We went here because they were offering free dipped ice cream cones with a $1 purchase so we ended up getting 2 dipped cones and 2 regular cones.
We ordered it to go/for pick up. The ice cream itself was good but there were a couple of issues.
First of all when we arrived we had to find someone to help us because nobody greeted us or said anything to us for about 7 minutes. When someone finally said hello they had our orders in the freezer.
The cones were stored upside down which was okay for the dipped cone but for the regular cones it made it so half the ice cream stayed in the cup and didn’t actually get in the cone at all. It was a poor design to store to go ice cream cones.
The place itself was fine it was just a dairy Queen.

If this was my local DQ I wouldn’t be back! The subpar customer service started right away. Halfway through ordering, my daughter decided to add tomato and lettuce to her sandwich. The worker in the back got mad and slammed things. Apparently he forgot we can see and hear him. The food was brought to our table quickly, but my blizzard looked a mess and he refused to tip it upside down. When I went to the counter to ask another worker about it, he had immediate attitude and stated they don’t do that to that specific type of blizzard. I then asked since when and he got even more irritated with me telling me they don’t do that at this location. I’m not going to argue with a young man on a power trip about getting the free blizzard. You can see from the picture they failed.

Bought a cake for my husbands 40th birthday with double crunch..that’s all we got. The outside and top of the cake was ice cream but the ENTIRE inside was just crunch, no fudge to hold it all together. We cut open the cake and it just poured out. Never again will I get a cake from here again. It’s too bad that the only thing that was amazing was the way the cake was decorated. However, it was ruined by the inside.

I purchased 2 kids cones. The price was double from other local DQ locations. And they charged me a fee to dip the cone, after I paid for a cone that said dipped on the receipt. Manager said, “Sorry nothing I can do the owner sets the prices and just added the extra charge 3 days ago.” It is highway robbery at the strongsville DQ location. Hard pass going forward!!!!!

Great service. Fast. Friendly. Best Dairy Queen I have ever been to. And I’ve been to quiet a few of them all over he country.
I love the ice cream. I love that you order, pay, and go sit down. Food is brought out to you. Even if it’s just an ice cream cone.

I feel like the employees could use a little refresher on quality of food and dessert, over mixed and mushy. I’m more so disappointed in the prices. I got a small frozen hot chocolate and it was a little over $6. I could get the same thing at Mitchell’s Ice Cream down the street, better quality same price and bigger serving. This is the most expensive Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to, at this rate, they’re going to drive their own customers away. That’s probably the last time I’ve ever going to go there.

Ordered on the app, walked in the door, they reached in the freezer pulled out my bagged order and handed it to me with a smile. It doesn’t get any better than this. Great job!
