Shout out to the crew on 11/13/25. I hope their pillow stays cold and crispy tonight and they get the craziest dome there is to offer. Pizza – BANGING. Crispy on the edges, saucy, and hella cheese. Service – goated as always drove up got my stuff and drove off no issues. Ignore all these reviews about door dash that’s not their fault stop being lazy and go pick it up from the store. Trust.

Today 11/9/25 at 12:15. The front door was “broken” so there was a sign on the door saying to use the drive thru. I had 3 cars behind me. 4 cars in front of me that would sit there for a second and then drive away. I get to the window, ask the lady if I can place an order and she said I have to drive away till I have no cars behind me to order??? Then says or I can give you a number to call to place an order. So I said a truest statement “you’re going to loose a lot of money today if you run the business this way” and the response she said is “good we don’t want your service anyways” ….. so with that being said, I’ll gladly NEVER come back with that horrible attitude. Why couldn’t they take my order and then I drive around, just like other drove thru restaurants in town do? (Ex: Sonny’s) yes I could have called but I already waited in line and after that attitude, I’m not spending my money there. So we went to Dominos. Good luck.

I wanted a medium pan pizza and a cup of sauce. There was no prices listed and when I asked for price of breadsticks he said around $8 my order for one pizza was going to be $25 thats ridiculous for a medium size pizza. Hell naw.

This place is amazing and amazing staff. Always helpful and very nice and accommodating if your order is wrong. We order a pizza from here probably at least once a week .. so definitely recommend! Make sure you do your surveys to get that $10 off $20 & make sure you sign up for their rewards because they have great perks! Oh, & make sure to check their deals!

I give 3 stars because I called for delivery and when my pizza got to me it hand a fingerprint in it and it had been dropped and smashed I had to drive all the way up there to make them replace it! The assistant manager on duty was great!

Absolutely horrible service. No where did it say I would be receiving my food from DoorDash! I should have a choice who delivers my food. I wanted and expected an actual delivery driver. Now I have to wait for my pizza so I can drive all the way back to the store just to get a refund because they don’t give refunds over the phone! Just ridiculous.

The food itself is good, bit not good enough to drive to the other side of town and not have their discounts honored. Where my issue is after three or four attempts to use their online app to find out the order was never made once I arrive to pick up my order. I started just driving up to the drive-in window and placing my order. I found out today that they will not honor the online pricing (Deal Lover’s Menu)even though their app does not work to order online. There are plenty of other pizza places on the west side of town that do honor online pricing in the event of issues.
After finding out, the pizza was over twice as expensive without the advertise special, I brought it up to the manager, who made it right, but they still need to fix the app

They completely nuked my thin crust pepperoni pizza yesterday. So burnt we didn’t eat it. I didn’t realize how burnt it was till I got all the way home. This Pizza Hut owes me money! Never going back!

Well, the order was taken over the phone by a nice young lady. The store had no plates or cups but did have knives and forks. I was hoping to have make one stop to feed our young actors.
The pizza was hot and ready, priced well, but the inconvenience of another stop for utensils can not be overlooked.
