I ordered the new spicy steak sandwich stack. I didn’t check my order. When I got home this is what my food looked like. I went back the next day talked to the manager. They couldn’t remake it because they didn’t have the bread. So I went back the next day she seemed surprised that I came back. I still couldn’t get the sandwich that I ordered because they didn’t have anymore sauce. I had to get a different one.

Didn’t want to give this a 1 star. Ordered the whole Mediterranean sandwich. When it was ready, it arrived with brown streaked, wilted lettuce. The more I looked, the worse it got. I returned it to the counter and told the disheveled young girl who was assembling the food I was going to exchange for a bowl of soup as the lettuce was unacceptable.
As I waited for someone to show up at the register, the stares, unfriendly looks from the workers added insult to injury. They will never have to worry about me darkening their door again..

Wow. Just wow. Poor service. I ordered soup and Mac and cheese. And the new cheese twists in the drive thru. I sat there for 20 minutes. The cashier was quick to take my money but must have forgot I was there. I knocked on the window to remind her I was there. I dont think she was sober. Then they somehow lost the twists between their shelf and the window. And made it seem like it was my fault or I was attempting to steal them. Im glad I had a receipt because I had to show it multiple times. I did demand a refund on my twists and the manager attempted to take the food back. No, just a refund on the food I did not get. Poor leadership as well. I did feel bad for the people behind me but I am gonna get what I paid for or im gonna get my money back. They need to hire a new team. Because seriously worst service ever.

I’ve been coming here on and off for probably the last 3 months or so sometimes. It’s a very pleasant surprise and a good experience. Other times it’s a complete failure. Today it was a complete failure. I’m about to stop coming here. The baking double tee that you’re paying $7 plus dollars for after tax has four strips of microwave, bacon, instant eggs, and cheese… I could probably sell these with the same ingredients and sell them for $5 and still make a profit. Sorry Panera, you’re not what you used to be.

Sitting here sick as a dog coughing my lungs up. I ordered something and had it delivered for EIGHTEEN DOLLARS mind you!! A bowl of chicken noodle and a baguette. And I get a CUP of broccoli cheddar and chips. I did this job AT Panera for 10 years, you read the screen. You put the items in the bag… WITH silverware and napkins cause it’s what? Food. I’m about done shopping at Panera with the Insanely always rising prices for a sandwich. 10/15$ a sandwich is outrageous. Knock the prices down and maybe you’ll get more business. The LEAST you could do is make sure the order is correct?!? EFFFF
