After ordering delivery this evening, I remembered why I don’t like this Chipotle and haven’t ordered from it for a couple of years. Probably the worst Chipotle in the entire country. My drink (in a glass bottle) was dropped on top of my food in the bag and busted the aluminum top off the paper burrito bowl container, sending the contents everywhere inside the bag. The food that remained in the container was stone cold. This was disappointing in every measurable metric. I’d like to blame delivery for this but I’ve had the same poor experience with takeout here, too. I will not be returning to this Chipotle and I certainly will not be ordering delivery from it ever again. It either needs a new manager or just needs to close. For the price, quality, and experience, there are definitely better places to eat around here.

The overall experience at this Chipotle location continues to be marginal, at best. The food is generally lukewarm, the portions are not consistent, and the service is not good at all. Priority is given to the pick up/drive up window (which is not an order/drive-through window, BTW) over dine-in/walk-up ordering patrons. On our latest visit just prior to Memorial Day, every table in the dining room needed to be wiped down and every trash can was overflowing. The proximity of this location to Grand Park makes this a frequent go-to location for all the Ballers that come to town, and maybe that is good enough for the franchisee- – but if you go here, prepare to wait and lower your expectations. It will be a while before we return. On a positive note, they do have excellent fountain Coke and Diet Coke, however.

We keep giving this location our business because it’s closer to us, and our family enjoys Chipotle.
If you do mobile order, keep your expectations low. We sure hope they aren’t taking advantage of those ordering mobile since by the time you get home, who wants to drive back and complain? This is a repeat occurrence by the way.
My Steak burrito had 6 pieces of steak. The kid’s chips bag had maybe 6 chips in it. The normal bag of chips had about 12 chips if you can add up all the broken pieces. Perhaps advertise better if you aren’t going to give normal expected servings. “Try our delicious steak burrito with six very small tender pieces of steak mixed with your choice of two spoonfuls of rice, some beans, and other veggies. Our burritos are more like the size of a taco, so be sure to order two!”
Come on folks. You can do better. 3 stars because at least the staff is nice and respectful, and we are the ones that keep coming back, so the disappointment is self induced.

I came to the restaurant twice in an 1.5 hour period for different members of my family.
At approximately 230pm and a second time at 430pm. The first time was significantly worse. Yeah over flowing, tables, countertops, and floors were filthy. They were only 5 customers in the restaurant and none in line. They had 6+ people for the first thirty minutes I was there and none were bothered to clean up the entire time.
The second time was similar and there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. The pictures are from the second time.

I ordered a pickup and have never been there before. When I went in, I seen that there was the bags for people to pick up and asked if my drink was in there or if I have to get it?And she said that if I got a fountain pop, I would have to get it.And if it’s premade, it would already be in the container, so I said okay, it’s a fresca so it should be in bag and she goes, yes. I get halfway home and look in the bag for the drink And they never even gave me one.

Disappointed with the ongoing issues at this location. We’ve experienced several order mistakes in the past but didn’t report them. This time, we ordered a burrito with double chicken and brown rice, but it came with no chicken at all and white rice. The other ingredients were correct. To make matters worse, there’s no way to speak with a live person to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to see a place decline like this—management really needs to step up and turn things around. It’s no surprise the rating has dropped to “2 Stars”

There is a reason this chipotle has an awful review score. Got here at 11am (15 minutes after they opened) and nothing was ready.
But the worst thing was I stood there for 7 minutes while people worked and never acknowledged me. The first person to say something only did so after I flagged them down and asked if they were open.
If you’re running late that’s fine, but at least let the customer know you see them, and you’ll be with them shortly. That is proper service and what the manager on duty should’ve done.
Chipotle: pay attention to this location; These reviews are awful as the service and quality is consistently poor.

Don’t trust the evening crew for a mobile pick up order. I ordered two bowls ( only pictured one) It was supposed to be extra rice ( due to no beans) extra cheese, fajitas, meat, salsa on the side. I suppose they weren’t happy about having to give me salsa on the side because they chose to punish me with a quarter of a bowl. I was highly disappointed when I got home but didn’t have the energy to go back after a 10 hour shift at my own job.

Beware if you pursue the IU BOGO deal. Wore an obvious IU hoodie, 2 bowls, full price. Checkout person looked at his screen after charging my card, had the receipt in hand, and crumpled it up and threw it under the counter. The customer service AI is useless.
Not the first time this place screwed up an order, but it will be the last time they screw mine up.
