This is one of cleanest SB I’ve ever seen. Customer service is top notch and very professional. Loving the outdoor seating as well. The drive through is one of their best features.

Placed a pickup order for 6 PM and arrived before closing. Unfortunately, my peppermint hot chocolate had no chocolate—it was just peppermint milk—and one of the hot coffees was only half full. There was no customer service or greeting, and since they closed shortly after, I couldn’t go back to fix the order. Very disappointing experience.

I went through the drive-thru and was helped by a blonde barista. When the tip screen popped up, I went to press one dollar, but she quickly moved it so I ended up hitting the maximum tip instead, then smiled and said “thank you.” When I got my chai tea latte, the cup was packed with ice even though I had clearly asked for light ice, so I mentioned it to her. She smiled again, said “oops, let me remake it,” and took the drink back.
What I got in return was the worst chai tea latte I’ve ever had. It tasted like she just scooped some ice out and poured in extra milk instead of actually remaking the drink properly. The whole experience felt careless and manipulative, and it was completely unacceptable. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this visit crossed the line. Do better, Starbucks won’t be returning to this location.

Had the worst experience today with Zoe! I was denied water! I am a frequent customer because I am employed nearby. I simply wanted some ice water. Water should be a basic human decency. Not only was she rude and unprofessional but she was dismissive. Starbucks needs to hire better people!

What a disappointing experience! It is Wednesday at 20:30 while I am writing this comment. Me and my wife just done eating and looking for a Starbucks. Since other shops are closing at 8pm, we drove 10 mins to come over here. By the time we pulled in, it was 08:30pm! The service guy saw us pulled in at the parking spot, he rushed to the door locked it. Great job Starbucks! – left by active military service member.
