I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The rice in my bowl was severely undercooked — it was hard and crunchy, and honestly painful to chew. It was not just slightly firm, but completely inedible.
I could barely eat the meal, which is unacceptable for food that is supposed to be freshly prepared and safe to eat. I had to throw most of it away.
This is not just about taste, but basic food quality and customer experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cooking standards. I would not recommend this location based on this visit.

Everything was great. The tables were clean. The food was very good and healthy. Just one observation: this restaurant is new and has a spider web on one of the lights, which is a bad detail. And they needed to refill the fresh water bottles; they should be more attentive to those details.

Very nice! We went around 9pm, they had 3 people working up front and they all were very polite and professional. They really loaded our bowls up, of any Chipotle I’ve been to, these people put the most in them. The dining area was pleasantly cold and clean. They were super quick with getting everyone through the line efficiently. I definitely recommend trying this location, thank you! Peace and love ✌️

I understand they haven’t been open long but this place needs to get better. First of all there were dirty tables and the floor had food on it no one was cleaning or keeping up with things. I watched the workers and not one time did they change there gloves, they went from taking care of the drive threw to getting drinks to getting food for people , then the men cooking they were back in forth with cooking meat and taking are of other things and didnt use different gloves. I was disappointed really because this location is great for there business. The ceiling had big nails sticking threw the wood it didnt look finished at all just like they threw it up there and lefted it un finished.

Moe’s Southwest Grill is out go to for quick Mexican (when there’s no Panchero’s within 1,300 miles) but we were traveling and Chipotle seemed like a better option than Taco Bell.
I will never understand why so many people really like Chipotle. The chicken always seems to be dry, hard and overcooked , there is a lack topping options for their bowls/burritos and an even more significant lack of salsa variety. Their queso isn’t smooth nor does it have very good flavor, their chips are greasy and you have to pay extra for a side of chips and salsa (which is included at Moe’s).
The staff was friendly enough but the overall experience was uninspiring.

If I could give more stars I would. I place really big orders for my job and Juan and Adnel are absolutely amazing!! They are always extremely patient with me and take the time to engage with me while literally packing my truck with boxes and boxes of food. The order is always right and taste great. The Lake Wales location is great as whole and I’m aware that it takes a team effort and I’m very appreciative of them all. I have nothing but great things to say about Juan and Adnel and the entire team!!!!

Attempted to order 80$+online through the app and it failed to go through. We then went through the drive thru to explain the problem and they made us the food. We opened the bag and were missing several items including chips for 4 different bowls and a burrito (which was made as a bowl anyways) and when we went back inside to get the chips they gave us one bag FOR 5 PEOPLE! We walked out after that and ill never be coming to this location ever again. Absolutely trash service and food quality.

This chipotle is brand new and i can tell they work very hard to keep up with it . It’s always very clean and the staff is very friendly , i particularly always have a great interaction with the cashier Angelyn , ABSOLUTE sweetheart. The portions are great and so is the food!

Great service the two times I have been here but the food just isn’t that good. I had to try it again but I’m never again paying these prices for food out of a soggy cardboard container. There is WAY better food at the local Mexican restaurants.

Honestly, it’s great that they opened one in Lake Wales. I really like their food, but I’ve been ordering the same thing, the burrito bow, and I know how much I should pay. The first time the price was fine, the second time it was $4 more, and the third time they tried to charge me $8 more. My advice is to check what they’re charging you before you pay because they’re adding things to your order. They don’t have honest employees handling the bill.
