I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with 3 toppings and asked for them to cook it well done. When I got it home the pizza was undercooked and they were skimpy on the toppings. This place was empty and now I know why…..a pizza spot that doesn’t know to make pizza. And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. You did nothing spectacular to deserve one.

Went 10/22/25 to place an order & was told I couldn’t add sausage. If I wanted to do so I would have to order on line. I spoke with a white girl at the front. She was rude, dismissive, snappy & not accommodating. I would think you want to make a sale. I will never go to that location again. I see why it was empty inside & the parking lot. If you have people like her working there. You will lose business.

My company that I work for ordered pizza for the kids tonight at the shelter for pizza and game night and we had our worst experience ever. We had called 3 different pizza huts to get our food delivered and we had to basically argue with them about our address after informing them that they do in fact deliver to our address. (N Eastern Blvd.) We finally make an order to this location since delivery at the N Eastern Blvd was over 2 hours to wait, the pizzas were soaked with grease. I am very displeased that our pizza night for the kids did not go as planned.

My whole meal I ordered was amazing. I got a medium veggie pizza, breadsticks and a brownie. I have to say the veggie pizza was the best one I have ever had. The delivery driver was very kind as well.

Did a mobile order here when they had a promo deal going on. I arrived to pick up my order at the time that my app said it would be ready. However, when I asked for my order, they informed me that they were backed up and it would be another 45 min. I said fine and stepped out and went to run some errands nearby, returned like 55 min later to then be told I had to wait 1 hour more. I ended up canceling my order when I was told that my order had not even been started. This is the thing if you already know that you will be slammed due to this promo, why not be prepared in advance by having enough employees to handle the orders coming in? There is most definitely a lack of organization here. Not to mention that while I was waiting on line, my shoes kept getting stuck on the carpet, and that really grossed me out. Seems like they are lacking in the cleanliness department as well. Had to wash my shoes because once I left my shoes kept sticking to the ground. Not returning to this location.

Excelent service everyone i have dealt with was very polite only wanted to make sure i was satisfied. They did get an order wrong once but were quick to offer to bring me exactly what I originally ordered or just comp what was delivered. Newly renovated dining room and very clean. Pizza is always hot.

The wings and stuffed garlic knots were super delicious. The seat was a little messy, but was quickly wiped off. The server, Jada, was fantastic in all senses. The bathroom was very clean. Definitely would come back to this place.
