Sotto’s menu is prepared by our superb team in the Trattoria Delia kitchen. At Sotto, we offer an extensive list of Italian wines by the glass and bottle, featured inspirations and some Trattoria Delia favorites tucked away and brought out for the evening when the whim just catches you by surprise! Our wines are sourced with a special emphasis on our vintners who practice truly traditional, sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic winemaking.

Something about the meatballs in the spaghetti made me not eat them… couldnt tell you why but the wine selection is incredible!!! Please also get a desert, any dessert and also a seasonal appetizer if you would be so inclined. Very vibes tiny teeny dining space, I love it.

Such a wonderful little joy in the middle of downtown Burlington! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The food is absolutely fantastic. I had an appetizer special that was delicious…roasted & grilled baby delicate squash with whipped goat cheese, dash of honey & toasted pistachios. Mark our bartender/server was so gracious and friendly.

My husband and I stopped here for a glass of wine before dinner at Trattoria Delia. Long story short, we made the dinner reservation for the wrong day but were able to order off the full restaurant menu at the wine bar. Excellent service and wine options. A winemaker happened to be at the bar while we were and we were able to talk with her about her family’s winery in Italy, which was fun. Our bartender was the best and very attentive. Really great atmosphere as well, good music and warm vibes. Highly recommend for some great wine, food (get the amatriciana, you won’t regret it!), and ambience.

The pasta was yummy. Canolis were excellent. Atmosphere A+. Service was A++. Reminded me of my trip to Italy. Above all of these blessings, the best one was God’s presence with us at our table. Thank you Jesus!

Didn’t like the menu options there was very little to choose from and didn’t like my pasta dish. It had an odd taste and was quite pungent.
The person who seemed like the manager gave a pompous impression. Staff weren’t attentive either despite few people in the restaurant.

This restaurant has been a staple for burlington. Their appitizers, entrees and desserts are top of the line. Their drinks are amazing and they have an awesome selection of wine. Enjoy an incredible meal with a refined atmosphere and spectacular service provided by the most endearing and incredible staff. This place is one for the books. I will frequent sottos as often as I can.
