I choose Canes because of their clear ingredients but one thing I can’t stand is the melted styrofoam I get with all my meals from them.

A quick google search tells you it causes genetic damage and poses serious health risk if ingested.

I mean I don’t know what the solution is I just want to eat my food and not have to worry or be scared or have to complain about melted styrofoam.

I got a kids meal and the box wasn’t sitting properly. My fries were so hot it made holes through the styrofoam. Imagine all the styrene that you don’t see melt onto your food. I’ll be asking for a refund sorry Canes dog I won’t be back till you care about my health and others’. ✌️

Response: I don’t want to reach out to you. Just change your boxes. This has been a concern of mine for years. That or cool it down before you throw it in there but people should be aware of this issue and pay close attention to their boxes because it’s their health you’re risking for cheap containers. Line the containers with something maybe?

I also just learned that in California you use different boxes that don’t contain styrene… I wonder why that is but you’ll gladly give it to me here to save a buck I’m sure. Not cool.

The Chicken Tenders are Indeed VERY Tender, and I am genuinely impressed by them. The Tenders Are Diner/Restaurant Quality, maybe a step higher.
The Crinkle Fries are Great, crispy and the right amount of salt.
“Cane Sauce” is a pretty good dipping sauce, not too sweet, no over-salty punch.
The Toast is Seasoned and Tasty.
I didn’t get the Slaw, but I am very curious about it now.
EXCELLENT Place for Chicken, and the Pricing for a 3 finger meal feels pretty good (I got worst for more from other drive thrus).
I guess my only disappointment (And it’s a small one) is that YouTube and the internet greatly exaggerates the SPEED of their Drive Thru, claiming an average visit of 2 minutes, but a busy drive thru (3-4 cars ahead) will process you in 10 to 12 minutes.
Absolutely Returning For Lunch.

The food was very good. The chicken strips have definitely shrunk over the years. You don’t get as much food and it costs more, though that is true almost everywhere. However, one of our meals was in the correct box for the meal we purchased, but there were only 4 chicken strips instead of the 6 it should have contained. Since we had gotten the meal to-go (the seating was full so we couldn’t dine in) we didn’t notice until we got home. Double check your meal before you leave.

The quality of service was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The chicken fingers have been getting smaller and smaller but the cost has not gone down. One of my chicken fingers was barely the width of a quarter. The food tasted good.

Jorge was so kind, friendly and welcoming! He took great care of us and shared secret menu items with us The other man at the cashier was very kind as well (didn’t get his name – baby on the way)! The place was clean and well-kept. I’ve been one other time and the fries were amazing but this time they were not as fresh (reason for 4 stars for food). Overall, great late-night place.

Excellent experience at this location. It was our first time at a Raising Cane’s due to not having them in the state we are from. When they discovered this staff provided our kids with stickers, tattoos, ect. The kids were so excited!!! Thanks for making it a great experience for them plus they rated the food 100/10!

I doordash and Raising Cane’s is the only restaurant where the DD driver orders the meal- so it’s fresh! Not only are the employees 100% accurate at this location, but they remember the sauces, the napkins, and the orders are always perfect. Highly recommend them for taste, quality, and accuracy.

Without fail, the drive thru is a 20-25 minute long wait. Regardless of if there’s 1 car or 4 cars. It’s frustrating to then receive lukewarm food and an attitude from the drive thru worker.

Drive thru person was rude and I got tiny frys that taste like they were cooked in OLD oil not edible and the TOAST not toasted, the chicken stripe soggy on the bottom. I only eat canes so I know their food pretty well. This was trash do not go to this location!

Staff was very nice and friendly as soon as you walk through the doors. I didn’t feel rushed when I was browsing the menu. And food came out hot and fresh. Definitely a must stop for the Lemonade.
