I went today with my dad and they were out of everything! Literally everything I get with my order was out.
Biscuits? Gone.
Mac & cheese? Gone.
They were even out of chicken! All they had were strips, and even then, they said the order would take 20 minutes. We immediately left afterwards.

It is a shame the other KFC nearby shut down, because this one is not good. I have gone through this location 3 different times and asked if they had an item at the speaker, been told yes they do, pull up to the window to be told actually they don’t. It is a frustrating experience and all the food we ordered instead just was not good. KFC is often my go to option for fast food, but now I am going to have to find somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Today I ordered a family meal 6 tenders and 12 nuggets and the 2 chicken sandwich meal with nuggets. My order was wrong. When I called the store about it the male on the phone stated we close at 5pm today and they gave me want they had. He never mentioned anything when the order was picked up. I had no mac and cheese, half my order of fries, wedges that I didn’t order, no tenders at all, and missing two biscuits. I’m not sure why he just didn’t offer substitutions or let me know when I picked up the order. $50 wasted and the food tasted old. I was only refund $20 from this meal unacceptable. Dont eat here.

I just got the chicken sandwich with nuggets and fries The chicken sandwich was absolutely horrible. It was hard and I spit it out. I couldn’t even chew it so I tried another bite thinking it would get better and it got worse. I just ended up Throwing away the whole sandwich I’m so disappointed. I wasted my money on that meal. It was horrible. You guys are supposed to be KFC. You’re supposed to have good chicken. That’s what you’re known for but it tasted horrible. Do better next time.

This KFC is one of the worst I have ever been to. I ordered online for pickup, and I had to wait around 45 minutes to get my order. I walked into this store and waited about 15 minutes before I was attended to. There was no one at the counter taking order. Once an order was ready and they just called out the order like “8 pieces of chicken”, there were a few customers waiting in the lobby having the same order, and they had no idea which customer the order should go to. Also, when you asked them how long your order would take, and they said “No idea”. When I got my order, there was no apology for being taking so long.

Let’s see, do I start with the unwillingness of the staff to take our order and instated being directed to use the self order kiosks, the weed stem and remnants on the table, the missing food from our order, that missing food being replaced with the wrong food, the heavy death metal rock music playing over the speakers, or the chicken being dry, or the fries being so far overcooked that they weren’t even edible?
I think that paints a pretty good picture of this location. Do. Not. Recommend.

This place has gone downhill tremendously. Cold food. Missing items. Customer service is a joke. They literally have no quality control. I’m embarrassed that I chose to feed my family this garbage. Other locations are great. This one unfortunately needs a lot of improvement.

Went thru the drive—in. The price was $8.61, then she asked if I want to upgrade to $9.00 for their charity. I said , no.. I had asked for no ice in my Pepsi.
When I paid and got my food at the window, my Pepsi was FULL of ice. When I told her that I said no ice, she closed the window on me!
Your window lady was extremely rude!
Had to throw away the watered down Pepsi.
Maybe if you wouldn’t make your people ask for donations, your employees wouldn’t be so RUDE to people who won’t donate! Maybe. I could have gotten a Pepsi with no ice as I ordered. I will never go back!
So, do your employees get incentives for people who donate??
