First time ordering from this location and when we received our pizzas they were not hot and the crust and pizza looked old and over cooked and crust was hard, I called in and let them know our order was not fresh they sent out a second order to us and when it got here it was the same exact at first order. I do not recommend this location at all.

Excellent dine in experience. Pizza was just outstanding. Hot fresh just overall was great. Customer service was excellent Manager was very nice well toned young man just in out of kitchen talking and making sure inside dine in was taking care of. I just wanted to take my time to write the quality of the service,food and atmosphere. The vibe was warm and nostalgic it’s exactly what you except for a family dinner or casual dine in very comfortable all around. pizza was definitely the highlight, we ordered the original pan pizza-Crust,Toppings,sides. Everything looked gourmet!!!.and for that service was absolute key for me the minute I walked in they greeted me with hands. Out server was top notch couldn’t ask for nothing more , was fast, checking on us , refilling out drinks. Hands down best Pizza Hut.

This is the worst pizza Hut in San Antonio. Not only are they rude the pizza sucks. I only go there because I work nearby. I ordered the New Yorker with extra cheese and extra sauce. Of course the price is more with the extra cheese but it had barely any cheese and sauce. What gives? I even asked the pizza lady there today if it has the extra cheese and sauce. She said yes. I looked at it and said to myself I am done with this location. Didn’t make a fuss. I disputed the charge on my card today which I have never done. I’ll be going to the one on San Pedro not far from downtown. The pizzas are always on point and staff is professional and friendly

My pizza was cold and made incorrectly. They also steal from you. My order was only $32 and they tipped themselves six dollars on my card. They don’t give you refunds they make you dispute the charges with your bank. The manager is unprofessional and tries to argue with you about everything. The worst Pizza Hut you can go to the employees are lazy and the store is dirty. I do not recommend going to this Pizza Hut ever!!! Just don’t go to Pizza Hut at all.

First time ordering from this pizza hut location.
Ordered Alfredo pasta and breadsticks (my go-to order and I’ve never had an issue) and was given cheesesticks instead. Ew. Not at all a fan of them. I’ve never had to check my order since it’s pretty straightforward, but now, moving forward, I’ll be doing so whenever I do place an order with any pizza hut just to be on the safe side. Pasta was good as always. Cheesesticks have too much cheese for my liking.
Employees are kind and attentive.
Nice and clean location to dine in.
Sufficient parking is available.

1/21/25 got my chicken Alfredo pasta and garlic bread sticks order correct.
Breadsticks had a nice crisp in each bite. It could’ve used a bit more seasoning but delicious nonetheless.

Great experience overall. The place was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and everything came out exactly how it should. Didn’t have to wait long and the whole visit was smooth. Would definitely come back.

We came in to this Pizza Hut for dinner. We came in and ordered. My husband explained exactly what we wanted. We wanted a pizza with ham over all of it, black olive on half and pineapple on the other half. Easy right? We noticed once we sat down that it was NOT what the receipt said. My husband went back up and said it was not correct. The employee said “don’t worry, I got you!”. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and it was wrong!! I took it up there and with FOUR employees working, none of them would come to see what I wanted. I stood there for quite a while. Finally my husband came up and the same employee finally came to the counter. My husband said that it was wrong and the employee said snotty. “well, what do you want?“ He explained again What our order was supposed to be and we’ve been sitting here a good half an hour again waiting for them to fix it! Not only that, but they had absolutely no ice for the pop and they didn’t offer us. Any plates or anything for the pizza. We will never go to a Pizza Hut again especially this one! Too many bad experiences with Pizza Hut these days you guys are all going bankrupt! OH! And my husband just said when he went up to finally ask about the pizza again, it was sitting in the warmer and no one had called us Up to the counter to tell us it was ready! They let us just sit here waiting!! I suppose we are obligated to give the employee a TIP?! This is exactly why we shouldn’t have standard tipping!! And while we sat there waiting, one of the other employees came out to the dining room and was dragging the metal tables and chairs around the room. The noise was horrible, but I don’t think he cared.
