I was just there and got the stake grilled cheese burrito with extra nacho cheese which is typically made correctly other than this time and the time before this one but I went to open it and there was only 2 peices of meat and nothing but chipotle sauce with 2 red crips. No rice no nothing just a chipotle filled burrito. It was super light and squished so I knew they forgot to actually put the stuff into it. This has been the second time this has happened here. I didn’t pay $7 on a chipotle filled burrito even paid extra for the nacho cheese sauce and still didn’t get it. I’m sorry but I’m about done with this location they make you pay for something and give you the bare minimum. There’s supposed to be rice in this burrito and there’s literally nothing. Definitely wasted money on this. So beware if you come here they will not fill your order like they’re supposed to or make it how it’s supposed to be. I typically come to this location often after work but I think I’ll go to the other location. I took a pic of the bite that had the 2 peices of steak on it and proof of how small and squished it was with no rice what so ever and just chipotle instead of cheese sauce just as proof.

Very clean establishment! All customers were tended to in a very fast manageable amount of time, well staffed and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this location to absolutely anybody Megan needs a raise!!! Great staff member ( I am now biased just kidding)

We came in this evening and ordered on the kiosk. My daughter got the crunchwrap combo. After waiting for about 10 minutes we finally got our order. We got about halfway to celina and my daughter opened her crunchwrap wrapper. The tortilla was burnt and the entire thing smelled and tasted burnt. I didn’t go back because we were already halfway home. But my daughter couldn’t even eat her crunchwrap (which is her favorite thing) because it tastes to horrible. Definitely not a happy customer.

The store manager Michael needs to be promoted immediately. The whole store is amazingly clean and I got a gigantic burrito! HEALTH INSPECTION definitely A+ here! His customer service skills are amazing and he talks to everyone great and even had a 3 minute conversation through the window.

Edit: visited again today 01/01/26 Received a chalupa that was basically empty. Still not worth the price.
I’ve been to this location on quite a few occasions and I have noted a decrease in quality these past two visits.
My second to last visit I ordered a sausage crunchwrap combo. The crunchwrap was lukewarm and very obviously cold in a few spots.
This most recent trip I ordered a quesadilla along with a chalupa combo. Can’t speak for the quesadilla as I did not eat it, but the chalupas? The entire point of the chalupa is soft and flaky goodness. These were neither. They were exceedingly chewy and extremely hard which is a somewhat impressive feat. Sadly it was also overwhelmingly disappointing.
Usually, I don’t complain too much about Taco Bell. But considering that combo prices have gone up to meet if not exceed most other fast food places (and some sit down places) I now hold Taco Bell to the same standard.
I would not accept this food from other places charging the same or even less so I will not accept it from Taco Bell.
This location needs to revisit quality assurance with their products as something has changed, for the worse, and it is very noticeable.

First off, they rounded my order up for tuition. When I told the girl working the drive thru, that I didn’t want to round up. I mean, $26 for 2 Gordita crunch boxes and 2 bean burritos is crazy. Dude working the drive thru was nice. Now, I get all the way home in Sparta and we are missing our gordita crunches out of both boxes. I’m livid and of course, I’m not gonna drive all the way from Sparta to Algood again. $26 and didn’t even get what we ask for. And I only have like enough nacho cheese for 2 chips. They gave me, maybe 2 tablespoons at most.
