The last few times I’ve ordered my food just doesn’t seem to be correct. In the picture I ordered the pretzel crust and they gave me regular crust. The time before that they didn’t put salt on it. The cashier also didn’t even say anything and just stayed silent while I tried to talk to them. Very disappointed.

Quick easy pick up options . Friendly staff, super busy location. Normally when I get pizza from this location the pizza looks photogenic. They must of had some pre schoolers back in the kitchen cutting up the pizza. .

Normally one of the better Lansing locations, especially after two phone calls with the Owner/Operator. However, on 3/25/2018, I saw a McDonalds fast food bag inside one of the warmers, below the cinnamon bites. Last I checked, that’s cross-contamination. (After inquiring about the bag, slim tall dark haired man says, “emoloyees lunch.”)
Updating: been some time since ordering this location. They STILL can’t get your order proper. Charged me $18 for a 5 topping, added 2 more toppings I did not order on the pie.

Almost no staff.
Basically nothing in the warmers.
I ordered a hot and ready and instead got this ice cold cheese pizza. I had to ask for the crazy bread I ordered after he gave me the pizza. Then, when I did, a guy that had been there waiting before I walked in reminded the guy HE was waiting on crazy bread too.
Horrible all around.
I will never go back.

Walked in and my portal number wasnt working and it took 20mins for any of the workers to acknowledge my existence to assist me and then i feel like they only came to help because the lobby had filled up with people. After getting my pizzas and breadsticks they didnt include my sauce for the sticks so i had to go back and wait until i could flag someone down to get me the sauce.

Love this location VERY clean and I never have to worry if my order is going to be made right, it’s always fresh and made well done just like I like it!!!Although there is a location a little closer to me I drive a little further for this location it’s worth the drive, hands down this is my favorite Little Caesars!!! Thanks Hunter for taking the time to show me how to use the Portal Pickup!! The manager is so down to earth and great with the customers and i appreciate that because it’s hard to find today. The staff clearly lead by example!
