I ordered my tacos without tomatoes and received tacos with only meat. I had to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant and another 10 minutes back home. When I arrived at the restaurant, the cashier was very rude. She didn’t apologize at all, and when I told her I wanted her to replace my fries too because they were cold, she asked me if they were cold when she gave them to me. Obviously not, but I had to go back to get my tacos made the way I wanted them, and in a very rude manner, she just turned around and threw everything in the trash. I don’t know why she was angry, since I was the one whose order was wrong and I was the one who had to go back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I don’t plan on returning to this place. I’d rather drive further.

went through the drive-thru at 10:40, but the staff told me they were not serving breakfast. We usually get breakfast here at this time, and it wasn’t even busy today. There was only one customer inside, and the employee was just standing there. When I asked why they weren’t serving breakfast before 11:00, she simply said she wasn’t serving it. I really hope this location doesn’t end up closing because of staff attitudes like this— they’re not following the company’s breakfast serving times, and it feels like they just don’t want to serve breakfast when they don’t feel like it. This was very disappointing.

So annoyed ….
It wasn’t even busy when I went through the drive through. Photo is how I received my taco, nacho fries were stale and very hard.
I was just going to ignore the taco & fries and eat the five layer burrito and they didn’t even get that right. They gave me a bean burrito ( just beans and cheese)
Damnnnn… called the store and got a message saying “sorry you reached us during our peak time”

Slow service at the drive thru and the chalupa wasn’t even close to the picture, where the hell is the meat?! ….I saw the previous comment on the skimping of meat on the chalupa, thought tonight would be different, I was so wrong!! …I’ll remember to tell myself never to go back to this Taco Bell.

Only one thing.. the sign out front is super misleading: It says “Dining Room Open”
It means “Open for Takeout, Delivery, Mobile, and Patio Dining” This sign sounds like it’s fine if you eat inside. Then you walk in and every table has a sign “Table Closed” Lol

First, the woman at the drive thru had an attitude. And she rolled her eyes when I told she forgot an item.
When I home five minutes after getting my food, the food was ice cold and tasted old. I tried calling the store for 30 minutes and no answer. Hopefully management reads this and does something about their food quality
