I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. Right from the start, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I arrived. When I finally received my order of five pizzas and six boxes of wings, I was shocked that I wasn’t provided a bag. The staff member simply walked away without saying a word. I thought he might return with a bag, but instead, he started focusing on something else. When I asked for a bag, he handed it to me but didn’t offer any assistance in putting my order inside. This level of customer service is unacceptable!
Additionally, I witnessed the woman in front of me leave in frustration because the staff member said it would be a 25-minute wait for two pizzas. In comparison, Pizza Hut usually has those ready in just 15 minutes, even for larger orders. After this experience, I’m certain that I won’t be returning to any Little Caesars locations. They really need to improve their service!

This location desperately needs new management, have been several times and there is never a greeting or any sort of acknowledgement when arriving. There’s typically 1 staff member out of 3-5 actually staying busy the others just meander and disappear. It is crazy, if you order online wait atleast an hour before heading up there if it’s anywhere near dinner time.

My mom went to pick up our pizza and there were several people waiting and no employees were coming out to talk to them or help. There was one employee in particular that is the reason I am giving this place a four star. A kind gentleman named Carter helped my mom and the other customers. He says he is not a manager yet took the place of one by providing the best customer service he could given the circumstances. No other employees were helping. By himself he kept the store running as efficiently as it could. I give major props to Carter for being able to keep his cool and effectively still hand out food and deal with the frustrations of the customers. He doesn’t deserve this stress for the pay and for the lack of competence from his other colleagues. Thank you. I hope he gets recognized.

Everything we ordered was basically raw and doughy. Maybe if they took the time to do it right instead of rushing they would get higher stars. Pizza is not that hard to make. Incompetent management. Sad that we live in a world where no one will be held accountable for this and I’m out basically 50 bucks instead of more like 20. You just lost business and I would warn others to steer clear. June 5, 2025 ordered a pretzel crust pizza and this is what I got. Like wth is this? Looks nothing like the photo.
Came here Saturday August 31st, ordered a pizza that was pepperoni on the whole thing but then black olives and jalapeños on one half. Look at this pizza, does it look like half pepperoni only? Then I had to cut it myself. Jesus, somebody needs to be trained. Horrible
These people do not use gloves when making the pizzas, then they see you standing there waiting for someone to come take your order or help you and they just ignore you. Very slow service.
Went back today (July 23rd) same thing…walked in guy standing there at counter (black rimmed glasses) sees me then just counts change for a couple of minutes in the money drawer. Does not say anything to me. He should say, “Hi how are you doing? I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. Unprofessional, then he finally asks me what I’d like after a few more minutes. Who ever does the hiring here needs to learn how to hire the right people, ones who have good customer service skills.

Management needs to step up quality control. Almost to the point of not returning. Too much sauce. Over risen dough. Breadsticks that look like fingers. Bad service. Edited review to give 1 star instead of two!

Consistently terrible every single time I’ve been there which is pretty bad when the expectations are already set for $5 pizza….If you’re lucky enough to get a pizza…..Nothing is ever “hot and ready.” It wouldn’t be so bad if the customer service wasn’t horrible. Every single employee at this location could benefit from customer service training. Maybe take notes from the Dickinson location.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza because I thought it looked good online. Would I received was nothing like what I ordered. It was flat and hard and had a 3″ ring of crust around it that did not resemble a pretzel at all unless you count pretzel salt as making it pretzel crust. So I went back in and showed the guy at the counter the pizza and he didn’t seem to find anything wrong with it. He said they exposed a lot of crust on purpose for pretzel crust and I told him it wasn’t pretzel crust, that it looked like a thin crust pizza with some pretzel salt on it and he said maybe they just didn’t put enough butter on it and that he would fix it for me and I said no thank you. So they remade me one that looked worse than the original except it had butter on it so it made the crust cook darker but that does not make it a pretzel crust. The second “pizza” is basically a frisbee with a tiny bit of cheese, some pepperoni, and some pretzel salt on it. It is flat and hard like a thin crust and does not look or taste good. And they didn’t seem to care that what they’re passing off as pizza looks nothing like what they’re advertising online. I have attached pictures of what I ordered versus the two pizzas I received for reference.

Showed up when my pizza was supposed to be done just to wait another 5 minute for an employee to come and greet me…just to tell me that my pizza wasn’t ready. This place needs more employee and better management considering how busy they get. I WAITED ANOTHER 25minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done…. not coming back.
