As I’m eating and watching YouTube, I take another bite and suddenly feel something hard. I found this inside my burrito. Quality control failed miserably — SMH. My tooth hurts from biting down on it

Kylie was AMAZING! My husband and I left another mexican restaurant because the lady behind the counter was rude. Came here and Kylie immediately made us feel welcomed. She was kind and smiling the whole time. Easy to order and good food!

This is the new Filibertos on the north side of town, which is convenient. The food is delicious, fresh, and comes in large quantities. Love this location more than the other two in town. The carne asada is way more flavorful and they give you more than a spoonful of sour cream. I don’t see the problems of other low reviewers.

So far, we’ve tried and can recommend their carne asada fries, super nachos, cali/az burritos, chili relleno, and the breakfast burritos. It’s been great every time, with consistent generous quantities of food.

The only small downside is that they’re not 24/7, but it makes sense with the surrounding older clientele. The hours are still pretty good : 6a-12a every day. I think it’s worth the drive, even if you live a bit far.

The Arizona burrito was well made and tasty – it was hot and fresh! The red salsa has a nice kick and delicious and who would’ve thought I’ll have a cheese pull on a burrito after bite!

This location is consistent with food. Its always good for drive thru mexican food. BUT noticed now they are asking for TIP and there is a convienence fee for using you card. The asking for tip is getting wild.

Hot quality Mexican food to go! The Arizona burrito, and the crunchy shredded beef tacos are my go to! And the hot sauces, both red and green pack a punch with heat and flavor

Great new location! Clean neatly set up and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the food was just really not so good. Rolled tacos were barely a taco, mainly a rolled chip. The green chili burrito which is always my go to was bland this time salsa was merely red colored water it seemed
. Just very unimpressed.

I’ve never been a fan of Filiberto’s. This restaurant might change my mind. My family got some shredded beef and ground beef tacos to kick-start our Yule celebrations. They were amazing. Tasted homemade. Seasoned beef, fresh lettuce, full tacos. The woman working the drive-thru was very sweet and patient while my family decided what we wanted. I am looking forward to bringing my family back for more delicious food!

So the food is ok, I haven’t had any issues there. My issues were with service, and honestly it seemed to be one specific employee that had the issue and the others were just quiet and allowed it.
I’d purchased a good bit of food, among it was two taco salads, one without guacamole. I got my food home only to realize they both had guacamole, so I took one back to be remade. When I returned with the incorrect item and the receipt, I explained my issue and was told to pull around, and re-explained the issue at the window. I was told she needed to see EVERYTHING on my receipt (why?!) to “be sure.” I have no idea what she needed to be sure of; it’s not like I was claiming I was MISSING food, I was complaining that I’d gotten guacamole on food that wasn’t supposed to have it. After asking why I needed to bring back all of my food to have one item fixed (with no clear answer other than a shrug and a “just to be sure”), I asked for a refund, which they obliged without question. As soon as the refund was issued, I re-ordered my food correctly, and the girl that made a stink about the whole thing to begin with said “we could’ve just re-made that for you, you didn’t have to refund and re-order.” Like???? That was what I was trying to do?
I have no clue what on earth the point of that was, but it put me off. I like the food, but not enough to tolerate whatever THAT was. We all have bad days, but no part of that made any sense.

If I wanted a rice burrito with 12 pieces of pork and green chili skins, that is what I would have ordered. Worst Chile Verde burrito in 20 yrs of eating at Filabertos once a week. I think $10 bucks for rice is ridiculous.
