Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru line it was around the building couldn’t tell where the line started or ended. The ladies working where rude no hospitality just what do you want i ordered proceeded to the window where she couldn’t recall my order I asked for chicken biscuits and coffee 14 bucks is outrageous BTW. She gave me coffee no creamer or sugar had to hold the line for her to come back to the window with an attitude an basically throwing it out the window at me. Ill be taking my business else where.

Absolutely ridiculous, my entire order was screwed up, not wrong, screwed up. Breakfast combo and a cinnamon raisin biscuit, so first off cinnamon biscuit was flipped upside-down so icing was all stuck on the top, kinda defeats the purpose of having icing on it. Then let’s go to the hashbrowns that were not only cold, but had literally been dumped all over the bag, not one was left in the container. Finally my biscuit with my combo, how do you screw up a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, the ingredients are in the freaking name; but guess what, it didn’t have egg and looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. I want a refund, but I used the app, “so they can’t help” this is ridiculous. I’m gonna get my money back, and this location is absolutely the worst.

The last review was almost a year ago. Unfortunately, this location has gone completely downhill. Spent 14 dollars on a combo and additional biscuit. Not only was the order wrong, but it was cold even after being asked to pull around to have them bring it out. It’s not the first time over the past year that this has happened. This will be my last visit to this location.

This one girl there was so fantastic, so so so sweet. amazing customer service. she even threw in extra salt and pepper. her smile could light up any room. made sure my order was correct and kept a smile on her face the entire time. so respectful. store was very clean. spotless actually. not a spec of dust. brenda was fantastic and amazing per usual. tammy was sweet as always. the staff is so great and kind. the food is always amazing, love to start my morning with hardee’s.
